We were attracted to Eco Escape Campsite for its ‘eco’ credentials, and we weren’t disappointed. Between beautiful wild meadows and surrounded by clean energy, we felt so relaxed and connected. We both suffer from stress and anxiety, and this holiday, and campsite really helped us to unwind, relax, and enjoy ourselves. The showers and toilets were absolutely brilliant; very clean, and easy to use. The surrounding countryside feels unfettered, and healthy, which in this world isn’t always the case. We had a fire pit, and there was lumber and kindling on-site with easy access. We had correspondence via text with the owners, and it was quick, polite, and helpful. We visited off season - June - but there were others on the campsite. They were all lovely people, very friendly but respectful. I will 100% be visiting again, and will look forward to it.

Absolutely can't recommend this hidden getaway enough! So glad we stumbled upon it while we were looking for places to camp close to Pembroke. We loved the fire pit at each site, the hot running water for showers AND for washing dishes, listening to the wind in the trees (and nothing else) and the helpful self-service info hut. We got to re-freeze our very unfrozen icepacks, get some tips for what to do with our days and borrow the baby bath for our lil one to have a nice warm bath. We even needed to move pitches as with our baby and my partner not being able to carry heavy loads we needed to be closer to our car (FYI cars aren't allowed on site) and they didn't mind at all. We'll be back for sure!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was really lovely and a calming experience! The toilets and showers were perfect and clean and great for people who need a little home comfort. Definitely important to note that the road/track leading to the campsite is very small and the grass will rattle the underside of your car (if you're precious about it!). The firepit wasn't quite as advertised but once we got it going, it was still fit for purpose. Bonus points for the wind turbines nearby - I find them very calming against the backdrop of Wales' oil industry 😅

We wanted a camping experience that was unique and as gentle on the environment as possible, and eco escape did not disappoint!! Very friendly throughout the booking process, extremely accommodating under extenuating circumstances which was greatly appreciated. The campsite is nestled in among fields and trees, so much space between pitches it was so private, very peaceful, and calming. Showers and toilets really lovely, all kept clean as is the campsite. Each campsite has a firepit with grill on top, we had a shelter and a hammock also, the individual pitch set up made you feel like different "rooms" if that makes sense, so much space. Can pre-order wood and charcoal which is lovely. Lovely little reception hut with some local information, some items to borrow and a lost and found. Clearly lots of personal touches and effort gone into designing this site to be gentle on the senses but very accommodating to all your needs. Great to see the wind turbines from the site powering it all. "Campsite Clive" is the owner's father and does an evening walk around to ensure no problems, very welcoming gent, lovely to have that personal touch and be able to ask questions or just enjoy a glass of wine with a new friend as the sun goes down. Highly recommend this campsite to anyone with an eco focus and looking to explore Pembrokeshire, which is breathtaking and still relatively tourist free, wonderful! Would be happy to go back anytime and highly recommend.

Beautiful campsite. Peaceful but with great facilities. Loved the wooden gazebo providing cover for the picnic bench and fire pit. Showers and toilets very clean. Keith, Kirsty's Dad came round to welcome us and offered us great tips for local but lesser known beaches. Highly recommend this site and we will definitely be returning.

My husband and our 4 year old stayed on one of the woodland pitches and it was wonderful. Truly connected to nature in a peaceful and green environment. Surrounded by brambles with an abundance of blackberries ripe for the picking! Toilet & showers were very clean as well as a washing up station. We appreciated the supply of loo roll, washing up liquid and even some shampoo & conditioner! Thank you for providing a great eco-escape!

Amazing campsite, we stayed in the Woodland camp, hot showers, flushing toilets, wash up station and very clean. As the are only 5 pitches it is very secluded and dog friendly, just fab!

Great campsite with lovely spacious pitches. We've loved our stay here with its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our Pitch had a wooden shelter bench and fire pit which were fantastic!
The facilities are clean and airy, we never had to wait our turn for the shower once.
It was lovely to have a chat with Keith who shared some of his local knowledge, weather advice and suggestions on which beach would be best for the conditions of the day.
I'm sure we'll be back again sometime!
