Beautiful clean site. Toilet and washing up facilities spotless all the time with free hairdryers! Laundry room onside with washer dryer iron and board. Staff really helpful. Plenty of dog bins to keep the area clean. Motorhome service point. Stream and sheep in the field behind the site means waking up to baas from the tiny lambs is a welcome from city living.

All camping and caravanning club sites we have visited have been well maintained, exceptionally clean and welcoming. Always helps when you get good weather was beautiful while at Bala.

Lovely quite site, showers very clean. Wardens very helpful. Small shop on site selling the basics, otherwise a 15 min drive to bala town. We will be going back to this site. Unfortunately walking into bala town not a option as roads very narrow and no pavements.

As always C&C sites again a friendly and welcoming staff, spotless facilities, nice pitches and nice quiet nights. Actually we perceived the fact that the site is not close to Lake Bala as an advantage. It's close enough and it's great to relax away from crowds and traffic following a day packed with water-sport, railway adventures or hiking!

Lovely place. Nice staff all kept very clean. Only drawback is nowhere to walk the dogs. But hey that’s not the staffs fault. Everything you need to park up and visit north wales

We had a lovely stay at this campsite for a week a fortnight ago. We were welcomed at the gate by the a lovely lady and they had taken on board we had 4 children and gave us a large hard standing pitch right opposite the playpark (we could have chosen one further away if we wanted) The site is small, quiet, set in beautiful countryside, exceptionally well kept and extremely clean, great showers, clean, modern, hot and free. You need a car to go anywhere but not a problem for us as we were out every day exploring and then in the evening the kids played on the park or rode scooters round the site while we chilled in the caravan. There is a shop on site but we didn’t use it and Bala is a great base for visiting the surrounding area, Bala itself has plenty of amenities and the lake is well worth a visit, as is a trip on the narrow gauge railway which we did on a rainy morning. I would definitely recommend this lovely little site, a real gem.

We return to few campsites. This one we have returned to and will continue to do so. It is a small, peaceful ,beautifully maintained and excellently staffed site set in glorious countryside. The facilities are first class. Bala on your doorstep and wonderful scenery. Don't miss out on Precipice Walk and it's beautiful lake. Dolgellau has some fine pubs. As has Bala itself. There simply is no reason not to stay and every reason why you should.
Only criticism..poor Wi-Fi.
