Great selection of outdoor clothes and equipment. Staff are always really helpful. I have found that the online service can be a bit hit or miss, but would always recommend a visit to Canterbury or Tonbridge store!

We went in for a few items for our motorhome and ended up spending more. I had ordered a discount card online but it hasn't arrived and instead Charlotte in-store sorted it out.

Cannot be arsed to pick up the in store phone, resulting in a 20 second phonecard now wasting 20 minutes of my time. EDIT: STAFF BEYOND USELESS, WHOLE SECTIONS SHUTDOWN, BIKE ZONE LEFT UNSTAFFED

A mixed review. All the goods I wanted were available and easily accessible. An employee lied about being the manager. He also lied when stating the gas output on the Jetboil Flash (£90) could be adjusted just like the Jetboil Minimo. It couldn’t so I also had to buy the Minimo. The staff member working on bikes looked a dosser and was as miserable as one. But the girl working on the counter was strangest of all. She said she had just been told by a guy claiming to be the boyfriend of my customer that he was her boyfriend and that he told her to tell me I’d better do her LVT tile job properly. Strange thing was he could not have known I was a tiler without knowing the customer. The customer though is married to a banker working in Dubai who refused to sponsor her in Dubai so agreed to buy her a house. This guy was an independent builder working in the same house 25 miles away but who was seen with her late at night also parked outside her property late at night and was when the building work in the house was completed moving in with her. She has two children. The husband unaware still paying the mortgage. Anyway here is to the wife still having her mortgage paid by her husband while moving her boyfriend 20 years her junior in to share the house with her two children.
