Avoid ordering from this company!! I placed an order via Amazon and was sent the wrong item. I contacted the seller and was sent a link to a returns label. As the returns label provided was one that required me to pay postage, I requested a prepaid label (as I was returning the item through no fault of my own). I was told to use the label provided and assured that I would get a refund for postage. When the seller received my returned item, they issued a refund for the item itself but not the return postage. I contacted them but was told that I should have used the label they provided. I told them that I had, but this and all my further messages were ignored. I called the seller directly and they were extremely rude and unprofessional and actually hung up on me. They also blatantly lied in their response to my bad seller review on their Amazon page! This company obviously don’t value their customers in any way so do yourself a favour and order your gear elsewhere. And, based on the number of awful reviews (here, on Amazon and other websites), I would guess that others share my opinion.
EDIT: I've now also uploaded a screenshot of the returns label to show that it was definitely not a prepaid one.

Ordered a specific product from this company via Amazon. Sent a different product entirely. Apparently the one I had ordered was discontinued 3 years ago! Have asked for full refund and a free returns label. Wish I had read the Google reviews first!

Literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They will send you damaged used goods advertised as new, then claim you damaged them.
They get negative feedback removed on eBay, so ignore it!

Avoid at all costs!!! Wish I had read these reviews and not the ebay ones as they just get negative feedback removed!!! Purchased a porch awning for £612 when erected we noticed it was torn. I immediately contacted them who basically said I had caused the damage and it was my own fault!!! Spent ages trying to sort this out getting absolutely nowhere as the customer service is absolutely appalling!!! Anyway cut a long story short I ended up returning after a lot of hassle from the seller refusing to send return labels etc. EBay gave me a full refund. Do not buy from this company!!!+

Bought an awning through amazon and camping online Ltd were the seller. used the awning for the first time and a zip was defective immediately contacted amazon who messaged seller they didn't respond in the allotted time contacted amazon who pressed them for a response they responded with customer miss use untrue basically didn't want to know so contacted amazon who implemented a to z refund which ment returning awning to camping online Ltd which I did using parcel force tracked mail they gave me a partial refund saying the item was damaged by parcel force also untrue amazon got involved again camping online Ltd then said the awning was totally trashed and had to bin it I believe another untruth. Amazon have been marvellous and eventually secured me a full refund. As with other reviews of camping online Ltd extremely bad after sales concoct untruths to avoid giving refunds.AVOID this company.

I wish I'd seen the company's Google reviews before I tried to buy an item off them on Amazon. Photo showed white toaster. Headline description said white toaster. They sent me a black toaster. Upon checking, I noticed that buried further down the description (the bit no one reads) it said black toaster. I messaged the seller hoping for a replacement and they ignored me.
