Leisure Plus Direct

I do wish that other traders were as helpful as Kevin of Leisure Plus Direct. Nothing is too much trouble and his prices are so much better than other quotes we have had for fitting a roll-out awning. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ordered some Thule products for an awning and Kevin was knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged postage that day to a relative's address while I was away from home. Great service and I would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Ordered 14 Zadi barrels and 2 keys. Kevin sent a set of 8 barrels with 2 keys but then added 6 barrels from another set with no keys. Ok a mistake was made contacted Kevin, who replied I sent you 14 barrels and 2 keys. Returned but now he will not answer my emails or send out my order. When things go wrong here they get worse.
Update. Kevin refused to send out the correct order and that he would refund my money instead if I did not removed this review. I would have left this to rest but Kevin's responce is distorted.

If I could give Leisure Plus Direct 6 stars I would, as I’ve had First Class service from them this week.
Struggling to find a Thule Omnister 1200 in stock anywhere, and sick of companies taking my money, then telling me delivery would be November/December onwards, I decided to email 6 companies to check their stock.
Leisure Plus Direct was the first company to come back to me (within the hour), with stock levels. Even though it wasn’t in stock, Kevin spoke to Thule direct, and had it delivered to me next day! Even though at this point, Kevin is on holiday abroad!
Kevin has also been brilliant with advice, recommendations, and checking delivery with me and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leisure Plus Direct, and I know I’ll be using them again. Thank you Kevin!

A great find. We wanted a room to fit on our awning and needed some assistance. Kevin was extremely helpful and talked us through the fitting and use of the room. Highly recommended.

I got in touch with Kevin to discuss the options for fitting a wind out awning to our newly acquired Sunlight motorhome. Fantastic service. Unfortunately didn't have item in stock, Kevin said give him a while so he could source item (me thinking a few days) , message back same day letting me know he'd found one.

Very disappointed with the service from this company, in short the goods didn’t arrive which I know can happen lost in post etc but the company just kept saying we’ve sent it and no offer to resend or refund. In the end I had to put a PayPal refund request in. Eventually got an apology so thanks for that.
