Love this place always something you like

After being a regular customer here for many years.
Todays visit was dreadful, i wanted to purchase 2 good sleeping bags, there were 4 staff right by the area, not one offered any advice or help. I even checked out the ones where they were socialising, and still nothing.
Not a good visit, or training does not include customer help..

Lots of choice.really well stocked.friendly,knowledgeable staff.we will definitely be back.highly recommended.

Great service, bought a pair of hiking books here ready for the 3 peaks challenge. Unfortunately, even though they were a great fit, there was a fault on the seems of one of the boot. Took then back at the 1st chance I had and was given an exchange immediately.

If you camp or caravan ot use a motor home, this is a superb place , that will fill your every needs, and they sell with honesty and a good aftersales back up. The staff really know their jobs with a great knowledge of your needs. We will be back again for sure.

What fabulous staff! I was badly let down by another outdoor company but Tim and the team at Winfields Outdoors Chester saved the day! The store has really expanded since my last visit so I'll be back rather than waste my time on competitors that don't appear to care about their customers. Huge thank you for helping me out today, I'll be recommending you to others.
