HOW CONFIDENT ARE YOU THEY WILL NOT MAKE A HUMAN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER?

Following the comments from OBI-Firstly they took the money when they did NOT HAVE the stock. Most reputable online companies wait until dispatch. I had to call them to request the £765 refund, as they had not called me. They LIED and said they thought they had 4 in stock but only had 2 and I had been cancelled as the last to buy along with another customer that day (so I wasn't alone!) -Not true as ordered online on the Sunday, and this was Monday. They later changed this story to say they had none in stock. I had confirmed the order by phone on the Monday directly with them and they confirmed the order would be dispatched THAT day, I specifically checked and they were chatting about what a nice tent it was and it would be sent that afternoon. They then called after closing and after I had ordered £300 of accessories for a product they now cannot or will not supply. They did nothing about it and just kept saying it was human error-there are lots of human errors but how would you feel if you were on the receiving end of their human errors?
They were meant to check to see if they could get alternative stock and call back THEY DIDN'T. You don't get those issues with other suppliers, Go outdoors, Attwools, TNF, Amazon etc etc all make mistakes but make up for it-These people don't and still take your money.

I would think very very carefully before dealing with a company that misleads customers and FAILS to make amends for their errors.

Absolutely fantastic 5* service. Ordered A Camping Stove, Campingaz Party 400 CV & some gas cannisters. It arrived super quick, was well priced & well packaged. I would highly recommend this company, wish shopping online was always this easy! Thank you guys & girls at OBI Camping! Lucy

VICIOUS DOG…. Visited premises thinking there would be a showroom not realising it was on line ordering only. I didn’t actually get into premises as I was attacked by a vicious dog at the premises. Got away un injured but it was a frightening experience.

We needed a small bbq
So we contacted Ian at obi who recommended a calor gaz party grill 400cv which we then bought from him.
It is an amazing piece of kit and ideal for our use.
A massive thank you to all at obi for your recommendation and for the friendly and helpful service we received which was second to none.

Good little camping caravanning supplier, shame there is no longer a store to browse but I guess there things are expensive. Some issues with payment on their website but happy to take payment over phone.

Can’t praise this company enough, if only all companies had the same level of service...
Bought a jockey wheel through them without contacting them first for advice on which type would be suitable, it turned out to be the wrong, they have sent the correct type at no extra cost unbelievable, thanks Andy for your help and advice, five stars is not high enough.....
