Cotswold Outdoor Brecon

Always good service and great kit. marked down a star because I took a Vango tent back there today because it was faulty (it happens) and was told I’d be without it for 10 days while they send it back for assessment.

As a mountain leader and outdoor instructor I need my kit and will have to borrow from someone.

Really friendly helpful staff. Had everything I needed and recommend some good places to explore nearby

I attended the Brecon Store today to return a pair of North Face Shoes, that had a manufacturing defect.
The shoes had been purchased from the Cardiff store a few month ago and sadly I had misplaced the receipt. This wasn’t an issue and the staff at Brecon made the exchange easy.
All three member of staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the products and very efficient in what tasks they were doing.
A special mention goes to the young man who completed the admin side of the exchange and the mature lady ( possibly the manager ) who engaged in conversation regarding the product and the Company policy on returns.
I cannot think of a better experience I have had in a retail store.

Good little Cotswolds in Brecon, handy for Brecon beacons trips. The usual cotswolds good variety of clothes & gear & knowledgeable staff.

Always great smiley knowledgable service and a willingness to help you get you what you want. Not the biggest Cotswold shop around but it has most of what you need in the outdoor world. Takes most of my spare pocket money anyway!!

Big, bright, airy and well stocked. Lots to choose from and really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff.
