Poor customer service, way to improve and train your staff how to respect the customers. I bought a cake from this shop and the guy in green t-shirt was talking good until taking the payment but started behaving rude in just few minutes as we waited to get the cake with some writings on the cake.

Sweets, savouries looked good but didn’t get like buying anything after the worst behaviour from other staffs too. The owner should look into this ASAP if you like to sell more and improve your business. Cake was ok but can visit if the customer service improve.

One of the best indian sweet shops in the area. The samosa's could be improved and it would be great to keep the pricing consistent. If there was more staff available for busier times that would really help as at times it can take too long to wait to be served.

I brought some sweets for Diwali from here partly because there was a big queue so I thought it must be good. I am afraid they didn’t taste like they do in India and wasn’t very soft/fresh- not sure if it’s because it was old or factory produced. I wouldn’t be buying again for sure. It’s so hard to find a good Indian sweet shop with fresh produce. The packing was really good if there is anything good I have to say.

I'm not an expert/ a big fan of Indian desserts, I often found them too sweet for me, however I tried their 'Nirala milk', basically it's a bottle of sweet whole milk with almonds pieces in it. Very nice drink, decent level of sweetness.

They are very rude and unprofessional.
They don't treat you well.
Poor service and also the sweets are overrated.

I had come from very far to visit Nirala as I loved the sweets there. I was totally disappointed the way they treat customers. It was on 27/08/21. Just asked them do they do any other biscuits rather than which were present on the shelf. I was given a rude answer. The cashier was like if we had more biscuits wouldn’t we keep it here with a different voice tone. I was all embarrassed in front of the other customers around. I wanted to buy lots sweets there but didn’t buy much.
They should learn how to speak n have good body language. I recommend if you want to get insulted can go in this store.
They don’t care.
And about health n safety they using bare hands which were just handed by cash. Touching masks with bare hands n then touching sweets to pack.
I was shocked to see that. Most pride attitude is all I can say.
I won’t be going back there anymore nor my close friends n family.

I LOVE sweets and samosas from here! They are so delicious and really not that expensive!! One aaloo samosa is for 75p. I got 3 Samosas and 1 jalebi for £3. Lovely friendly service and they all speak Urdu. Great experience. No need to bring sweets from Pakistan anymore.

The most famous, delicious sweet shop of the area present there for quite some time. It is specialising in the desi subcontinent style sweets. Eg halwa of the assorted varieties, sweets of the localities eg burfi, laddu, jamans etc. Pure and indigenous raw products for the sweets make them delicious. Suitable for having sweets from them on the special occasions.
