Outstanding customer service from booking to completion of our 2 hour canoe hire. My emails were answered and handled promptly and the booking process was simple and straight forward. On arrival the staff were helpful and efficient, they explained everything thoroughly and went through the safety procedures carefully. They got my party of 10(+ 3 dogs) on the water quickly and safely. A great time was had and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent experience. Staff were very friendly, attentive and thorough explaining what to expect. We decided to go for 3/4 day so we could meander along the river. We stayed in accommodation at Whitchurch and walked to the Symonds Yat Canoe Hire (15min walk). There was ample parking if needed in the caravan park (pay and display) next to canoe hire. Will be back again..

Absolute five star service from the team here. Simple, personable, no fuss set up on a good stretch of the river. We've used most of the outfits around Symonds Yat and this was competitively priced and ideal for an hour's worth of mucking about on the river! Highly recommend.

Found this place on the way back home from holidaying in Wales. Lovely place surrounded by beautiful scenery. We hired two canoes for the family; 2 adults and 2 children. This cost us £40 for an hour. We were given a safety briefing and a map and we were on our way! The river was calm and we went up and down the River Wye with ease! People and staff were very friendly and the children had a great time. There are on site camping facilities which I enquired about as I can see myself coming back to this place and spending some more time exploring the area.
