Canoe2

Had a great day today with my son headed to chester house estate. Beautiful weather and Chester house estate was a stunning place with lovely food and loads to see and do.

Went to Canoe2 on Friday and hired paddle boards. Fantastic experience and very cheaply priced. Great surroundings. Richard and the team were first class with the guidance and knowledge. Came away with a great deal on 2 paddle boards and accessories. Great place to go . Will definitely be going back

Firstly, i would like to Thank the entire crew at Canoe2 for making our day exciting and a best ever 1st time experience.

We hired a 3 man canoe for a 16 mile (although it seemed forever) trek from Rushden.

As it was our 1st time, the team at Canoe2 accompanied us to the 1st loch and ensured our safety and that we were comfortable going forward.

I would definitely recommend this experience with Canoe2.

Pa: please listen to their instructions as it saved us from going overboard on multiple occasions.

Day out is fun at the lakes, well experienced staff and helpful.

2nd time we have used Canoe2. Staff knowledgeable, friendly andpolite. The H&S briefing very good, appropriate to the task and risk, without being overwhelming or boring. We will be coming again when the weather cheers up so 2023 now.

Absolutely beautiful place, very friendly and accommodating staff. We rented two canoes for 6 hours. If you want to get to Tea Rooms you need to put an effort in and not stop for blackberries on the way. We were late returning the canoes and staff made us feel like it was no problem at all even though they had to wait for us most likely past their clocking off time on a Friday afternoon. Please accept our apologies for that Canoe2, we did paddle as hard as we could on the way back once we realised we may be late.

Don't be put off by the health and safety speech before setting off, just take it easy and enjoy the surroundings. Taking canoes out of the water at locks is hard work and they try to make it as easy as possible with detachable wheels. It is all worth it once you're back on the water.

We will be back Canoe2! And we will return canoes on time, I promise.
