My family and I booked for the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct canoe tour, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Andy kept us safe without being overbearing, and he guided us through the canals and over the aqueduct while providing an informative history of the works. In addition to guiding families along canals, Andy is also a whitewater instructor, so he is happy to give pointers on paddling techniques to boaters of any experience level. Overall, this was a very enjoyable outing.

My husband and I booked the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct canoe tour and we had a great time. Andy was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide - he tailored the session to our experience level, and we learnt about the canals history and the rules of the waterway. Got some fab photos as we passed over the aqueduct and had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Hoping to do another activity when we next visit wales.

We did the canoe hire for 3 persons, the brief was excellent and the path through the canal was very pleasant in the morning with a lot of shade.

We are a family that did the Chirk Aqueduct paddle board experience. Great fun for all ages and abilities. The scenery is beautiful and the Aqueduct & views spectacular. The tunnel & Aqueduct add an extra element of excitement. The 2 instructors were great, getting the balance between safety, fun, inclusivity and instructing just right. I really recommend this company and trip!!

Fantastic experience, superbly ran by Andy, who understood our needs very well. A very thorough and friendly briefing with useful tips on what to see and do along the way. Kept in touch with us before and during the trip. Can thoroughly recommend.
We were a group of 4 canoes, but this is equally as good for families, couples and groups. Any is very personable and determined that the group will get the best out of the trip. Many thanks Andy, we will be back...

Great day white water kayaking with Andy. My wife and I had a great morning learning the basics, we felt super safe and confident with Andy as our instructor. The coaching was outstanding, we will be back as soon as we can. Thanks again Andy!

It was an exceptional and exciting few hours we had. Our guide was really exceptional. All instructions were perfect. We were struggling initially as we were first timers. However our Guide was really patient and helped us to enjoy the experience in all possible way. We were able to get hold of the technique in some time with the help of the guide. Highly recommend.

Had a brilliant morning canoeing across the Pontcysyllte aqueduct and along the Llangollen canal with Ty Nant. None of us had canoed before but the instructor was very friendly and encouraging and guided us carefully through unloading the canoes, launching them and getting to grips with canoeing technique. The stretch of canal is pretty exciting, featuring amazing views of the Dee Valley and a tunnel as well as the incredible aqueduct. The activity was really easy to book over the phone, with excellent, friendly customer service. Highly recommend!
