We use Ruthin branch several times a day and have a great relationship with all of the members of staff. We find they always go above and beyond for us and we have a good rapport with them.
They come highly recommended from us.
Its the little things that make them stand out for us and each one of them has those touches in abundance.

Following recommendations from two separate sources I used this company for the first time.
Seemed friendly enough initially when I collected the parts - front brake discs and pads - not as cheap as other local suppliers but never the less price isn't everything.
When the disc box set was handed over it had some parcel tape which I noted but didn't think was relevant - mistake!
A mechanic came to mine on a Saturday to fit. When the old discs and pads were removed it was then he opened the new disc box, found there was only one disc and noted the writing on the side of the box - single disc.
He contacted the company and arranged for one to be collected. I made the 20 mile round trip .
I was handed a box, which they assured would be correct - no apology given in fact there was a slight inference with comments made that it wasn't their fault I had been given the wrong order ie a single instead of a pair and maybe I was responsible for the mysterious disappearance of a much needed disc. It left a sour taste. And far from an apology I was made to feel guilty.
When I got home I opened the box and it was the wrong one, it only had five stud holes when my vehicle has six.
By this time the shop had closed - the car stuck on the yard up on the jack.
Monday I went in first thing, told them I was unhappy and handed over the box - they noted it was wrong but no apology given.
I was then made to wait for ten minutes while the mystery was explored using their computer searching for the reason why only one was in the original box.
A staff Member - N... came from the back to help. He didn't' acknowledge me, gave no apology focussing his attention on trying to solve the mystery. Eventually he called out from a back office- find a way to draw a line under it.
The person who had served me with the wrong item twice finally gave me the correct disc.
The mechanic came round again and fitted it.
Three journeys made two because of their mistake, no apology given, treated as if I had removed a disc and extra expense for a mechanic who had to make a second journey and waste his time
Need to learn a few lessons this place.
