Pentagon Lincoln | Renault, Mitsubishi and Motability

Recently bought a used car from pentagon Lincoln, Larry the salesman was very good, not pushy, and honest enough to admit if he did know the full details when asked one of many questions, but he quickly put that right by asking colleagues. When a couple of slight issue arose, he rectified them straight away and reassured us that everything would be ok. So more than happy with the service so far.

Larry was a great salesperson and helped us with buying our new car giving us all the information we needed. Having travelled 4 hours to get here we we're very happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to travel that distance again for the service we received.

Paul is a really nice guy, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The process of ordering and now receiving my new car has been seamless from start to finish.

I recently brought a second hand Renault Kadjar from Pentagon Lincoln. Paul and Jackie were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. I initially dealt with Jackie and then Paul. Both went over and above to help ensure I left with the right vehicle. I was given the time and space to consider and discuss the purchase with my partner and didn’t feel rushed or pressured. All my options were discussed in detail to ensure I left happy. Paul was also kind enough to collect a baby car seat from my husbands work so that I didn’t have to attempt to bring it on the bus when we collected the car! Exceptional service, 10/10!

We visited Lincoln Renault to test drive an electric Zoe having very little knowledge of electric cars. The sales guy, Larry, was excellent at explaining all aspects of the car and helping us to understand the financing options. Collected my new car from Jackie Lee today. Professional, courteous service from beginning to end. Kept in touch throughout the extended wait times all manufacturers are experiencing currently. This was our second visit to Pentagon Lincoln. We were served by Ryan and Matt in August and Paul last week. Both times we had a friendly welcome, we were able to look at our own pace but help at hand as soon as we needed it. We felt looked after throughout, from Ryan sending us videos of the cars we were interested in to completing the sale with a courtesy after sales check in from Paul. Coming back for a second car shows the confidence we have in the team and how happy we were with our purchase.
