Sold me a car riddled with problems, and with a suspected dodgy MOT. He never answers the phone, unless ofcourse you’re handing over cash. A right cowboy - AVOID.

Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere that actually wants to sell cars. Turned me away Saturday to go on a day trip. Then wasn’t there when I went on Monday after arranging with him,
because I hit a bit of traffic, he wouldn’t wait. Hard to get hold of on the phone and the car wasn’t as described. Had one visibly illegal tyre on and a crunched back bumper. God know what else could be wrong with it so I’m glad he wasn’t there to trade with. Especially after reading other reviews of a similar nature and experience.
He clearly can afford to have a small fleet of cars sat there doing nothing and has no customer service skills at all. A simple phone call or text to me would have just made a simple but inexpensive difference to the days event. We live and learn. It’s not all in the clever polished photographs.

Drove considerable distance to view a car ( pre arranged) Dealer didn't have the courtesy to be in.

Don't bother, bought a scirocco off them which has been in unrecorded crash. I couldn't tell at first as it was in a dark garage, had a look over mostly seemed ok in the dark and was all good on the test drive. I should have had a second look over in the light before I got it as the more I look over it the worse it gets. Passenger side door not original, whole car resprayed you cant tell from a distance but close up you can really see how bad it is rust on one of the wheel arches which is getting worse. Front bumper misaligned, sanding marks below paint, along with many other defects

I just saw the good reveiws on auto trader and the guys seemed nice so trusted them. Probably my fault for not inspecting every detail but I've learnt my lesson now. Looking at the reveiws on here I do feel a bit stupid now as clearly the auto trader reveiws are faked

Bought a car, said needed little work done, but did more damage. Doesn’t show up at appointments but talks on phone, very rude, hangs up the phone if you disagree with him. Returned the car and he refused to refund full amount. He deducted 1000£ with lots more inconvenient trips … very dishonest, stay away from this guy.. didn’t provide even 3 months guarantee

Was interested in one of they're cars a lot but due to them being two and a half hours aways from me wanted to discuss it in more detail as well as the price. The man I spoke to did not introduce him self was a bit rude and hung up on me when I asked if there's any discussions on the price. P.S. I was happy to buy it full price as it was the only one on trader in yellow colour but of course I would ask for couple of hundred pounds discount for a 21 years old car with 148000 miles when the asking price is one of the highest. Don't know who you think you are but it's not the way you treat anybody especially a potential customer.

Very helpful and friendly staff here. Brought a Citroen Nemo van was passed to me I excellent condition ready to pick up on time and all paperwork completed with minimum of fuss. Great experience.
