I had a lovely shopping experience with Kyle as the main Sale Advisor.
He has informed me in everything I needed to know in regards the car I was buying. After I drove the car and checked everything I wanted to check, I was already happy with it. I would like to thank Kyle personally for keeping his word and allowing me to purchase the car and have it ready before Christmas and to provide the MOT in such a short notice. The gents are very professional at the Vauxhall Dealership. This experience has imbedded the idea that if you wanna buy a car the safest way to do it is through the dealership as they've also gave warranty and breakdown for the first year, Overall 10/10 I am very happy with my car

Booked car in for repair for leaking water and received phone call saying they had done job but hadn't done nothing and the service bloke bloke was laughing head off as I walked out what a joke

Excellent customer service this morning when I popped in to the service department with a worrying warning light. The receptionist was welcoming, helpful and informative. She enlisted the help of the mechanic in attendance and he had soon checked the car and cleared the fault codes. Then he offered friendly reassurance that no immediate action was required. All this on a bank holiday weekend. Could not have found better service and as a relatively new Vauxhall owner will not hesitate to return for all servicing needed in future.
