We recently bought a MG Zs which needed a service, we went to Charles Warner Lincoln for this and were delighted with the attention and service we received. Upon arriving we were met by Keith Hanson the service manager who with his expert knowledge talked us through the process. We were so pleased with this dealership that we have purchased a service agreement with them.
As we are new to MG ownership we asked if a member of staff could talk us through some of the technology that these cars possess, without hesitation Keith got a member of staff to assist us. Along came Nigel, who was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding this information, he answered all of our question and put us at ease. We could not have asked for a better experience, by far the best of any dealership we have dealt with before.
Well done MG for having such professional staff.

Had my first motability service with Charles Warner today, Keith was very kind and friendly, extremely helpful and patient with me asking questions, they were very respectful and the tech guy even came out to help with a android auto query, i was able to wait inside whilst they did my service, with access to drinks if needed, which with the high temps was really appreciated. They completed the service in a very timely manner even parking it back into the disabled space so I could get to it easily in my wheelchair, very happy to recommend Charles Warner MG.

I have a new MG which was involved in an accident about 5 weeks ago now, I rang MG to see if they could sort it for me as the person who hit me wants to pay for the damage, when I called I was told they couldn’t look at my car for 2 weeks, so I called back 2 weeks later to be told the same thing.
I then took it to a body shop who have been brilliant but the only place they can get the parts is MG ask they have been in contact with them and they have been shocking towards the body shop, I’ve called again today to be told some one will ring me, well we will see if that happens, it’s not like their being asked to do the work just provide the parts which they will be paid for, they told the guy at the body shop they couldn’t be bothered to get a price and put the phone down on them, absolutely terrible “customer service”

My 10 year old Astra had its MOT and 11th service. Sailed through the service. Have been taking my car here since 2019, very satisfied with everything. When somethings been needing doing it's all explained out to me.

Excellent time with Matt taking delivery of my MG4 Trophy. A really good car sold by a friendly and effective business in Charles Warner. This is now my second MG bought from them and both sales experiences have been good, although the waiting because of the supplier has been a pain.
