Purchased a beautiful Skoda Fabia VRS from Mallory Cars, absolutely brilliant customer service from both Alan and Martin, who were more than willing to help out however I needed. The car is absolutely great, and they were even able to arrange additional services such as alloy wheel refurbishment to the colour I wanted, and were happy to look into remapping of the engine for better performance. It was hard to choose a car with so many great ones in the showroom, 10/10 all round

I recently had to downsize to a small car and although there was nothing suitable in stock Alan took note of what I wanted and very quickly sourced a brilliant Peugeot 107 for me.
They then valeted it and delivered it to my doorstep, what fantastic service! It is a great little car , so many thanks to Alan and Martin at Mallory cars, I’d definitely recommend them , if they haven’t got what you want they will go out of their way to find it !

Very friendly and helpful (not pushy) people in a great location.
They had just the car we were looking for, in great condition with all the paperwork. They included a 3 month warranty from the AA. Which all made it an easy purchase decision.

Waited for a year after purchasing my super Crossfire from Mallory before posting here. Car has just gone through its MOT last month with no advisories. Great service from start to finish, really honest chaps with a great range of cars.

Avoid like the plague! The worst buying experience ever! If they took the time to read and understand Trading Laws and the Consumer Credit Act 2015 they might be more pleasant instead of totally rude and abusive. They even blocked my phone number as I tried to contact them about my flooded MX5. Also had a mileage and owner discrepancy on the advert. Still has on their new advert after the blue MX5 was eventually returned after the threat of legal action and Citizens Advice reporting them to Trading Standards.
Check their adverts, mileage, owners etc as even now there are discrepancies. Please buy elsewhere, be warned!

Sold me a car that had been 'serviced', but the pads were in fact wafer thin to the extent that the discs needed replacing, and all the tyres were very quickly knackered. Even the exhaust backbox dropped off and needed replacing within a couple of months, not covered of course with the warranty that they offer.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Martin and following day noticed a light on dash. Martin was happy to assist in finding the issue, parts ordered and repaired. Great service and consideration for customers. Fingers crossed all is ok but thanks 👍
