Popped in to have a chat with a mechanic, expected to have the usual speech "let's get it in blah blah" .....this gentleman was amazing, told me there and then what the issue would be, how to fix AND how much ...... Nice to see an old skool mechanic in a modern garage.

Graham could not be more helpful and patient. He was the most professional sales person I dealt with in a very long time. Each contact I made regarding our new car was dealt with efficiently and super quickly. The staff there are amazing and most polite. Highly recommend Taylors of Boston.

Excellent service throughout the purchase of our car. Aaron was exceptionally helpful , he answered all of our questions and spent time going through all of the features on the car. Aaron went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Telephone calls were returned immediately with any information that we had requested. I would recommend Taylor's to anyone. We were there just to look for a new car and found the one we like. We have to go back again a week later to report fews bit on the car and get the appointment for charging spare parts. The staffs were good but don't know yet about the service.

Helpful staff in a pleasant environment. We didn't make a purchase but that was only because we were looking at various makes.

Purchased an ex demo Peugeot e-208 from Robert Barber at Taylor's last week. Complete deal was concluded over the phone as I live 2 hours away from the dealership. I was kept up-to-date with everything throughout.
On collecting, I had every confidence that all would be fine with the handover and it was. No hidden surprises or 'admin fees'. The 208 was as expected.
The dealership is a family run business and it shows.
I'm thrilled with my first EV, and will definitely consult Robert and Taylor's when it's time to change car again.

Can I do less than a star? Horrible experience! Bought a van with one year guarantee and a month after it expired problems started coming up… NOX sensor busted and air con with a leak. Then the water pump just busted leaving me stranded in the motorway.

Taylor’s never addressed my queries and refused any guarantee in the basis that was expired. Nathan Patched, the sales representative who sold me the van did not reply to emails and or calls. Appalling service I would recommend anyone not to buy from them.
