I bought an Audi A3 2013 model car from this dealer in April. We went to see the vehicle and took a test drive. While using it, we saw that the air conditioner was not working and we reported it to the seller at that moment. The seller said the air conditioner is out of gas and needs to be refilled. We weren't sure about this and forwarded it to him. The seller also said that if there was a problem we could bring the car and they would fix it themselves. In order to avoid any problems, we extended the warranty period to 1 year by giving extra money. And we paid a little more for the warranty. When we went to fill gas after 1 week, we were told that there was a hole and that this pipe had to be replaced. When I called the seller, he said if you wait for the warranty, you can get it done after 1 month. We contacted warranty, opened a file, took it to a garage and got a quote. When we conveyed this to the guarantee, they said that the air conditioner was not under our guarantee and they did not accept it. I contacted the seller and the seller told me that the garage quote me too high and send it to him on whatsapp as a picture. He didn't get back to me even after I wrote him many times. And since July there is a problem with the clutch. When I showed this, they said that the clutch assembly had to be changed completely and the material price was £612 only. It's been 3 months since we bought the car and we've experienced these. I'm still waiting to hear from the warranty if this covers my warranty!

I hope you will think twice before buying a car from them. Because they don't care about victimizing people just to make money. This is not a fake comment!

I purchased a car just over 4 months ago from this guy, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
I took the car straight to my local Audi dealership for a health check as the gearbox was making a strange smell. They couldn't investigate the gearbox as the car was deemed unroadworthy by Audi due to 'shoddy repairs' amongst other things that would cost nearly £3000 to put right before they could even advise on the gearbox (reconditioned unit will be £3500). I immediately called Alshikh and, as I am over 200 miles away, we agreed to both get local quotes and meet him in the middle. He didn't come back to me with any quotes, despite me contacting him many times so I ended up taking the car back to him and rejecting the sale, but stupidly accepted the car back on the condition that he would carry out all of the work needed, and give me a 12 month warranty covering the engine and gearbox which I had to pay £70 for. It turned out that the only repairs that were carried out was a brake pad sensor and 2 lower arms (see audi report with work required attached).
I still have not received a copy of the warranty which I paid for in May, neither have I received a VAT receipt for the car itself, despite me repeatedly badgering him for these.
At the beginning of this week, I gave him notice that I will be contacting HMRC with regards to the VAT invoice and Trading Standards regarding the warranty if these werent supplied within 7 days.
I will be sending the car back on a flatbed and rejecting the sale.

Excellent buying experience, very detailed photos online, called to make an appointment to view and drove away that day. Very helpful staff and was made to feel comfortable. 2016 Audi A3 2.0tdi Quattro.

Worse experience of my life. Car was lovely but only worked for 4 days!! Had nothing but issues with the garage. They ghost you and don’t communicate and leave you without a car and take ages to repay the money back. Never ever will I recommend or visit this dealer again. The car we brought is back up for sale and let’s hope they fix one of the issues that is £1000 to repair. Audi A6 black edition £14,500. Luckily the finance company has been heavily involved and managed to get all of the money back. I should have known when buying the car that all the red letter bills on the desk demanding final payments of thousands of pounds was a warning. Never again!!

I bought my 14 Plate Black Editon A5 from here on the 30 October 2021, have waited one year to write this review as people are doubtfull about this place. Was a two hour drive from me and upon arrival car look spectacular and no problem with taking it for a test drive, After negotiating they allowed me to collect the car after two weeks as I was leaving the country. Before my collection a additional key was made along with a fresh Mot. The car has since done two trips across Eastern Europe without a slightest issue. Cannot fault, would recommend.

Put my Audi down direct from the main dealers Audi, centre of the showroom, and slated its very low mileage by a lady owner, quoted the worst part ex out of everyone elses and preferred my car to have had higher mileage. An insult and joke, but glad he did reading all the reviews, I,ve been spared parting with my beloved Audi for one from here.

Bad experience! Bought a car and a day later the under car cover fell off and the satnav didn’t work. Took 3 months to get the under car cover replaced and all they did was just take it off another car they had for sale. Satnav issue has never been resolved as they stopped answering my calls. Never again will I use this dealership
