Sandicliffe Loughborough - Ford & Mazda

My experience started online, via a Google search. Found a car I was very interested in, reviewed the online images and description, and immediately put down a deposit of £100.00.
The next day I received a call to confirm my interest, and I booked a viewing.
When the Family arrived, all the sales staff were incredibly busy and the showroom was literally buzzing with customers, after a very short wait the manager Sean Barker made himself available to me, I told him what I had came to look at and he showed me to the car, this was the start of absolute superb customer service.
Sean went over the vehicle with me I pointed out a couple of minor issues and without a flinch was told these would be sorted.
Due to the level of customers, Sean introduced the family and I to Mike Sirrell, he continued seamlessly from where Sean finished.
After a short test drive a sale was swiftly agreed.
Mike was amazing, he was professional warm and friendly, helped arrange and progess chase the car ready for collection, and kept me well informed right through the purchasing journey. I would absolutely buy from these again, and absolutely recommend them as a business, and personally as standout courteous and friendly warm people.

Took my car in for parking sensor fault. Magdalena on the service desk was excellent, efficient and caring. Diagnostics said there was no issues but Martin the Service Desk Manager knew what it was and it was sorted in a jiffy. Small but irritating issue sorted and a lovely clean car too! Thank you!

I recently bought one of the new Nissan Ariya cars from Sandicliffe Nissan in Loughborough. Bruce Charles helped to make the whole process as smooth as possible. He kept me updated on the location and delivery date. Bruce's communication was excellent throughout. The handover was excellent and professional and overall, I am really happy with the new car. It's rare to find good old fashioned excellent service, but if you are looking to buy a car I'd definitely recommend Bruce.

Terrible attitude on sales staff and management, cars presented in poor condition, it looks like the cars have been valeted with a oily rag after being promised a full valet however it looks like it has been taken to the local scrub and go for a £5 valet, more scratches than the previous visit, very disappointing service after travelling a 400 mile trip, they have a ford dealer status so a good service would be expected, in my personal opinion if ford visited this establishment the dealer status would be revoked.
Buyers be aware of false promises from sales staff who can’t seem to answer their phone or emails, I would personally advise buying a car from a different dealership new or used.

Having been to a number of car dealerships and being disappointed that no one was listening to what I was looking for, I happened to stumble upon Sandicliffe in Loughborough. From start to finish the staff have been exceptional, Chris was a pleasure to deal with and made buying my first car a great experience, the videos sent of the car were also a really nice touch. I would definitely return to sandicliffe in Loughborough when I'm next in the market for a car and highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a car.

I would certainly recommend buying a used car from Sandicliffe. Excellent service from Paul Carter. He was able to carry out all the work needed to be done on the car (including bodywork) before I paid. The Mazda 6 saloon is a joy to drive. I am so pleased with it.

Recently bought a car from Ford. Paul our car salesman was brilliant. He went above and beyond and made the entire experience really enjoyable. There was no hassle and we were always given plenty of time to think over the many options. Normally, I’ve found buying a car can be an overwhelming task, not this time though. Would highly recommend.

I have been booked for a re call with my brand new Nissan car. I mentioned that I need an automatic gearbox for my courtesy car when I was booking.
When I dropped my car at 7:30 am they had for me a manual gearbox car for me. There was no automatic cars available!
JAKE ( a young gentleman) who was serving me he went above and beyond! He started to call his manager and he brought me a Mazda car ( automatic) from the next door.
His service was absolutely outstanding!
Can’t say thank you enough for sorting this out for me!
