Put a deposit down on a car and was told I would get it back if my finance was declined apart from an £95 fee which I was fine with, my finance ended up getting declined and they are refusing to give me the money back. Was going to be my first car and was so excited. I’m absolutely disgusted. Never brought a car before and now I’ve lost £495

Beware of this company!
Bought a Mazda2 from this company on the 2nd November, sale was quick and I drove away within the hour, all seemed well for the first couple of weeks, however the car unexpectedly went in to limp mode.
After trying to return the car I was told to take it to a garage to find out what was wrong and to get a quote to fix the fault. Turns out the car needs all new injectors.

Since then I have been told to wait 2 weeks to hear back, I have been ignored, and it is now at 4 weeks. Everytime I call I'm told that they will chase this up and then I don't hear back from them. I am now being told that nobody who can deal a refund or a repair is in until the 2nd Jan.

Looks like trading standards is the next step.

Absolutely terrible way to run a company.

Purchased a car with fleet motor group. Amazing service. Staff are extremely helpful and very honest. They organised me a year service and year mot all with a decent price of the car. Love my car. Would recommend

Waste of money! Bought a car for £4000 from this place, just in a few days of having the car, too many serious issues appeared, costing around £2000 to fix. They delayed my mails, ignored me and never solved the problem. Don't waste your money and your time.

Spent over £5000 on a car with them at the end of December. Within a few days of having the car various problems emerged such as warning lights coming on & important safety issues (passenger door will no longer open) and despite several attempts by me to resolve the issues, my emails are ignored and promises of call back's never happen.

Found a car on auto trader, whitch the mileage was 79k but in fact the car had done 88k so when spoken to the garage they said the price sound be cheaper than what is advertised on auto trader so I was happy with that, came to see car on a sunday as the website says they are open all 7 days at the adress given on auto trader and also the slightly different adress on the website and could not find anything about there car garage! 1 person answered the phone who said he didnt speak english!! So was very confused by that!! Just dont believe this garage is a very trust worthy garage!! Simple.. waist of time

Don't trust them! Car was found to have £2000 worth of repairs needed. We went through the courts to get reimbursement but Fleet Motor Group act through a different company (loophole) and so they claimed they have no obligation to pay. Honestly, don't trust them. They're a bunch of crooks.
