We Buy Any Car Kettering

This was my first time using We Buy Any Car and have to say it was a brilliant experience and very simple way to sell.
The guys at Kettering were, very friendly and professional. Top marks, and well done.

Gentlemen who served me was vey thorough and polite. Easy to sell and all the paperwork was done for me, including letting the DVLA know that it has been sold. Money arrived in my bank account with no problems.

Firstly, the customer agent was great and talked me through the process, so that’s a positive.

Sadly, it all went down from there. Upon giving an evaluation, we all expect companies like this to find something to mark the price down on (small chips and bumps). However, the agent in question found absolutely zero defects with the car and all of the documentation required was present.

This was confirmed by my online quotation.

So as I had been 100 percent honest with my evaluation of my car I was expecting to get what was quoted. For absolutely no reason at all the quotation was knocked down approximately £400/500.

If I have been 100 percent honest and have brought everything expected, in return I expect an honest business to adhere to their side of their agreement and not give me false information. It just comes across as disingenuous.

Brilliant service by Ali. Got the valuation online and appointment in 10 min time. Arrived on site for final valuation there was some deduction made to the final value but i was still happy to use their service. The whole process took 45min and they were very efficient in their payment process and got my Money and finance settled in just a few days. Thanks guy would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a quick sale hassle free.
