Sold my car through MB500 and it was a great experience from start to finish. Hardeep was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns, he priced the car accurately which meant it sold extremely quickly and I got the money transferred to me very efficiently. Would definitely use MB500 again, especially when selling a car where it’s a niche vehicle, which otherwise could be harder to sell when trying privately. Well done MB500 and thank you again!!

Absolutely shocking service, I purchased a £40,000 C63 from them around 5 months ago. Left the dealership and within an hour of leaving car broke down so took it to my local Mercedes Dealership who said the control unit was broken so cost me £1200 and the radiator was leaking £900. From finding this out I contacted the dealership took me around a week to hear back from them for them to say if you want it fixed you have to bring it back to them from Portsmouth to Leicester at my expense as the car was not drivable. No contribution either for the repair at Mercedes. Further to this the car was sold with full Mercedes service history and there is a service missing from 2020 and the last service was done at a specialist not to Mercedes’ requirements either. To then find the paintwork on the car was done by a child and a paintbrush later on. I would avoid this dealership at all costs no help at all with any of it. Thank you MB500.

Most transparent review I’ve given it’s been a month almost I’ve had my A class. Value I got for the car was amazing couldn’t complain. Wicked condition. Most importantly customer service was how it should be. I met Sophie and her partner who delivered the car to me and was very reassured with the aftercare they provided. Thanks Sophie for all you’ve done so far. I will be back for sure!

Went to see an A Class ///AMG line. Sophia and Alex were very knowledgeable and professional and took their time explaining all the details of the vehicle. They also allowed us to test drive the car and ask any questions. Furthermore, Alex, got the car detailed and cleaned the engine bay as requested. Sophia took us through all the details and allowed us to scrutinise any paper work. MB500 are an honest and thorough company who understand the importance of honest salesmanship. My wife is very happy and pleased with her A Class. It's a shame I could not take the C63 off their hands as well! I will be sure to come back here in the future when the time arises. Thank you.

Shocking experience, sold me a car without an undertray, when questioned refused to take responsibility and stated they would direct me to a garage and potentially ask for it to be replaced at a discounted price. This was not suitable as I had been sold the car without one. Terrible at communication throughout the whole process. Rude and unprofessional. Since having the Mercedes A class I’ve experienced constant problems, I’ve hardly used the car and it is a 2018 plate. Would not recommend!

I have just purchased a 2019 Mercedes C Class from MB500. I do not change my car regularly and was apprehensive about buying a car "unseen" (I live in Hampshire). Dealing with Alex and Sophie was a professional and reassuring experience. The car is exactly as described and I love it. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend MB500 to all.
