I booked my car in to be sold but then read all the reviews and came to the conclusion that I would be ripped off and so cancelled my booking. I was then contacted by we buy any car Wellingborough and the sale man asked about why I had cancelled. I explained in detail what I thought would happen. The salesman spent time checking the car details and listening to me explain an oil leak and starting issues. He said the validation was still good but in reality it would be devalued buy about 8% which I was happy with. I booked my car in and attended the appointed with a very low expectation and expected to go home with the car. To cut to the chase, the sales man was totally true to his word and I walked away totally satisfied and totally surprised.

Great service from start to finish, paid off my finance and I received the extra a few days later. Only slight downside was the amount agreed was a fair bit lower than the quote obtained online even though the car was in very good condition. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Very devious: Accepted sale offer on first visit but asked to return the following day to complete to then have the previous offer retracted and re evaluated to a lower offer.
Reluctantly accepted the lower offer.
Complained to customer services to be told the operative has since left so nothing can be done.
