After evaluation we were given a price promise. Returning with required documents an hour later, the price was bumped down due to MOT expiry date - although I had been transparent throughout the entire process of when the MOT expired. The service was not transparent and awful. Would not recommend this service at all.

Offered me 31% of their original offer. The online offer is effectively meaningless. They try and chip away at you bit by bit and grind you down. Walk away and get what your car is worth.

Very friendly and efficient service - I felt the agent was really trying to get me the best price she could. Whole process was very quick and so much easier than I expected.

Oh my god.. I can't believe such a big company can allow such a rubbish representative to represent them. There's so much more to it but all I'd like to share here is. I politely asked the person (he said his name is Nyron) does each branch give a different price and he said possibly. After giving me a ridiculous lower than the scrap which his price (£418) online quote (£1340) scrap (£430). I said I'd like to be honest and pop into the Palmers Green branch. Believe me he got sooo horrible. His words; you just wasted my time and £20 - I will call Palmers Green and stich you up so they can't offer any higher. Awful awful awful. I think management needs to look into this gentlmens work ethics and customer service. As you can clearly see a pattern in the comments. Be aware he offers weellll below what you can get even from scrap.

The gentleman that I went through to help sell my car was very helpful, and friendly. Even though he was on his own and super busy with customers walking in he never neglected me or the quality of his service. I'd come back to the Enfield branch if I was looking to sell my car again. THANK YOU

I've read a few reviews and people are moaning about them not being offered enough money. Even if that is the case you are not being forced to sell. You can always say no. In my case I had a pleasant experience with Samuel. Very genuine guy. Polite and kept to my appointment time. I was given a reasonable price for my car and I will use them again. This is the second time I've used them to sell my car.

Last Saturday 11/09/21, I had a quote for my car. I explained that I couldn’t sell the car on the day as I was waiting for my new car to be delivered the following Thursday (15/09/21) and the fella I was speaking to was accommodating, said it’s fine and that he will keep the quote live for a week. He also said that I can pop in anytime without an appointment to finalise the sale of the vehicle as I already committed to this. So today, I did just that. I rushed there after work at 18:00, I saw someone there and told him the situation from the previous Saturday. He said they are running a bit behind and will be around 10/15 minutes so I told him that’s fine, I can wait as I just needed the car to go. So I waited and waited and waited and the guy decides that he wants to get in his car and drive off leaving myself, my young child and my heavily pregnant wife just standing there. To say that I was angry is an understatement and that’s just putting is politely. At least have the decency to tell me from the start that it may not be possible to sell the car today or if I could be booked in for another day. This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to leave us all there and not say anything. I am looking to take this further and hopefully speak to someone with some honesty. I’ve sold 2 other vehicles to this lot before but after this one, I will never use them again and I strongly advise anyone else not to.
