Thank you so much for your professional assistance, Elliott very helpful, friendly , Sharon makes a great cup of coffee and friendly, and I think it was Rob who also spoke to me, overall a very positive experience. My experience has changed for the worst I'm afraid. I have received a letter from DVLA fining me £100 because I'm not insured under the original number plate. I was told that they would sort out the retaining of my personal number plate. This had not been carried out, the old car still had my plate and although I was assured that he had surrendered my plates, he hadn't. I have been driving around illegally!

A trusted dealership with excellent customer service. Buying a used car at Eden was actually a very enjoyable experience, mainly because of the help provided by LeeAnn who is a truly lovely person and a huge credit to the company. This is the second car I've purchased at Eden, which is a company that I'm totally confident with.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Abi in your Christchurch branch.

She was extremely welcoming and very person centred throughout the entire process of my visit.
Abi made myself and partner feel welcomed and relaxed from start to finish. She’s an asset to your Eden family and I hope she goes far within your company should she wish too.

Absolutely appalling service. They have had my car for three weeks to replace a clutch. Still not done as waiting for parts apparently. At no point did they warn me this might be a possibility when I took it in. I’m a self employed taxi driver so this is costing me a fortune in lost earnings. I have had to phone up for updates and been told repeatedly they’ll call me back as they’re too busy to talk at the time. They never do call back!! It has now been over a week since they bothered to let me know anything. If they don’t get my car back on the road soon I’ll have lost my business but they simply don’t care! I will NEVER use them again and I recommend that no one else ever does either

they are not reliable people. I bought my car there and I had to exchange it for another one because the car they sell to me on the first week the light from the engine tor on and they send the car for a new engine. After 3 months the gave me the car. when I asked For the invoice they they lied to me. And they didn’t give to me. for me to have it I had to file a complaint. I was cheated by that team. Just lies after lies. they never do what they promise. I do not advise I had a very bad experience with them. I give 1 star because we can’t give 0 stars.
And this Saturday 7/01/2023 I was there because on my Mercedes the warning on the panel to do the B9 service, was on, I only drive 4000 miles. And they said I Ned I have to take the car to Mercedes and pay.
if they serviced my car. “I have my doubts” why didn't they do the reset too? why do i have to pay for their mistake. shameful

Boughtc new car from here immediately became apparent there was a fault driving home. Vauxhall were very apologetic and gave me a courtesy car while rectifying mine. All sorted
