Bought a car recently from here through a friends recommendation, as she had bought one from here too, and I was so pleased with my car and the service I just felt I needed to leave a review. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were keen to help me during my purchase with any queries I had. The Car was in lovely condition and they do the MOT and service, along with a good warranty, that I didn't seem to find at other garages. Would highly recommend this car dealership.

can’t fault their customer service. my selected car was serviced and got a years mot. the car is very tidy and clean. pleased with the car. would recommend them to anyone who needs good customer service.

If you want to get you pants pulled down and get a car that don’t work with people that ain’t got a clue what there doing visit auto tech. Payed £3000 for motor that the dpf failed within 3 weeks,they didn’t want to know and left my family with a motor that did not work. There warranty’s dont mean anything either so bare that in mind. I don’t ever write reviews but serous people, don’t trust these lot and if you do u will see the outcome.

Bought a car at this garage April last year. Very poor customer service! Cars are over-priced, and they would not consider including a cambelt replacement even though it was due. They also lied about the service checks and fixes they completed upon purchase. It was only until I had to get a cambelt and water pump replacement myself at another garage that the mechanic said nothing had been fixed that was claimed to be fixed from the previous service. I would not recommend at all.

We have recently bought our third car from here, situations changed over the years with kids etc so needed a bigger car and now have a smaller one. Another great car. We are really happy and highly recommend this car sales.
The salesmen aren’t too pushy, they have all the answers you need about each car or are happy to find them out for you. They’re happy for you to look inside the any car you want if you ask. Our new one was given a valet and new MOT before we got it.
We had a couple of minor problems with our first car that we bought from here but all we did was phone them up and they took it straight back and fixed the problems. No stress at all.
The car we’ve just purchased we part exchanged too and although part exchanging often gives you a lower value for your car than if you were to sell privately, it was convenient for us and meant that we didn’t end up with 2 cars for a while.

Autotech Kent Car Sales have been professional and courteous from start to finish through my car buying process. Once my external finance had gone through, the vehicle I was buying was ready to collect (fully serviced etc.) within 3 days.
Would happily recommend Autotech Kent.

Unfortunately a negative review.

I put a £200 deposit on a red vivaro van on the Friday, with the proviso that deposit would be refunded if there is any issue with the engine or gearbox. Van was low mileage and 2013 ex police – it sounded great On Saturday I phoned them saying I would like a look at the injectors – Autotech phoned me and told me injectors were fine and there was just a bit of corrosion on the cover bolts.

This raised alarm bells I said any corrosion on injector was unacceptable. I was the told that any used car would have the same.

Which is complete rubbish (I even checked my own 2010 car to confirm)

The sent a photo and injector was completely corroded -

To me this was an issue with the engine so deposit should be refunded. Not to Autotech Kent.

“The van runs without a problem therefore the engine is fine. “

The injector is a ticking timebomb that when goes bad will costs thousands. This is a know issue with these vans, which even made it onto watchdog.

However I will not get my deposit back

I understand that work was generated when I put my deposit down and asked if we could come to a compromise. No flexibility or humanity just take the cash!

Jason was extremely helpful through the whole process of applying for finance and getting me on the road in my new car which drives like a dream. Fully serviced and mot'd, couldn't be happier
