Drove to view a car today as they advertise open until 16:00 on a Sunday to find it locked and most cars locked away at 14:00. Safe to say I wont be driving a 30 mile round trip again.

Bought an Audi A4 from these guys back in 2014. Good customer service, very friendly. Allowed me as much time as I wanted on my test drive. Honest chaps and would buy a used car from them again.

Great service, any small issue with car was sorted by guys and while car was unavailable they gave me replacement car. I had bad experience with other trader before and they advised me what to do etc. I’m not sure if I’m more happy about car or their service because both of those things was perfect. More traders like them 👏👏👏

Disappointed with customer service.
Greg confirmed in writing to 6 months AA warranty on purchase, but when urgent repairs were needed at 5 months, I discovered Greg had only ever given me a 3 month AA warranty and so I had to pay for them myself.
On contacting Greg about this, he has not offered to reimburse me for any of the cost of repairs.
I have found that Greg is friendly and approachable, but can then go silent and ignore correspondence. He has also never provided me with the replacement rear window lever, which was promised on purchase and stopped replying when I was emailing him about this too.
It's a pity, because I like the car with the exception of these issues and would like to be able to recommend Sandibrook to others.

Avoid of this fraudsters! I paid £500 on Thursday and they said that the car will be valeted and delivered on Monday at 2pm. It was a birthday gift so would be surprise at the party. Car hadn't delivered by 1pm and I called them. Phone was switched off. I mean it's Monday 1pm. How can you phone be switched off? Called the garage next to them and he said that the guy hadn't turned up that day. In 5 minutes, an another number called me. It was someone else who said that their system was down and phone and the computer weren't working. They had one landline and one computer at their office. Car wasn't ready and couldn't be ready that quick. I said leave it. I don't want the car. Please refund me. He said that i would have been refunded in 15 days. It's been 3 weeks I'm still awaiting for my money. I contacted to them several times and they don't pick my phone up even refuse the call. I will take legal actions against them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Rude, Arrogant, lack of customer service tradesmen. We have had to open a trading standards and AA case to fight our purchase that broke within weeks of owning it.
