Lamborghini Leicester

Welcomed into the showroom with a helpful receptionist as I required some images for my degree project. I wasn't there to buy but I just found the sales reps looking down at me and judging me from who I was and what I was wearing. Besides the negativity, the positive was they allowed me to take photos and the Lamborghini's in this showroom are just amazing. Don't no if he was a manager or sales rep but this guy owned a beautiful Lamborghini and even allowed me to take a picture of his car when I asked.

Overall I was happy with the images I had took.

Nice dealership. Ask to look at and take photos of the cars and was told no problem.

We went to them seeing a lambo we liked within our price range., 100miles away, previously visiting Bristol Lamborghini, sorry but they didnt seem to be interested in us. Leicester sent a walk round video immediately, thankyou Matin, and invited us to go and see it.
The staff were second to none in friendliness and help, and as this was my husband's dream come true to purchase a Lamborghini, I must add not brand new, we were treated like any other customer. Coffee was lovely thankyou! And the muffins. Special thankyou to Matin, and Rob, who made our whole experience lovely. Fantastic car!

I went to have a look around with my son. We've always loved Lamborghini's. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in.
The cars were simply stunning and immaculately presented. You don't realise how low these cars sit until you see one up close. Most of the cars in the showroom were already sold but in any case out of my price range 😄. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

My son who is 4, is starting school next week and has been a little nervous this weekend, I told him after we had been to Costco we might be able to pop in and have a look at the cars, (Our next door neighbour has a black Lamborghini) and my son insists he is batman....(He owns a tiling company) ha! First of all, the lady on reception is fabulous. My son asked nicely if we could have a look around. And out of nowhere, she has brought over a Lamborghini Cap. Needless to say, he's gone to sleep in it this evening.

I wouldn't do this normally as its a place of business, and its not a tour venue, they are there to sell cars, but a massive thank you, especially the receptionist at the garage.

One day if I ever have to option to purchase a car of this nature, it wont be a Ferrari, it will be a Lamborghini. Again, massive thank you, you made a little lads day.

They took £25,000 deposit from me circa 12-18 months ago for a new Urus and promised me my build a slot had been agreed with the factory after spec’ing the car. A year and a half later or so after receiving my funds they tell me they’re giving my car to someone else because they didn’t sell my last Urus so they can make the £30k premium. They are giving my new car to to someone who did. ‘It’s all about relationships they say!’ after I have bought 4 Lamborghini’s in 18 months, sung their praises, paid for their Italian tour and had my cars serviced with them instead of a local Lamborghini garage, I couldn’t have been more faithful.

In addition, my last Urus I ordered from them they mucked the order up and put the wrong seats in it and said they would compensate me by sending me on a trip with Lamborghini - 10 months later and still nothing. Adam in service is a legend, I haven’t got a bad word to say about him. Sean Cook however is a shark, who wants you to sell your car back to them below market value so they can make a healthy premium or they won’t deliver the new car you spec’d, ordered and paid for over a year ago - essentially black mail you to sell your car back to them below market value. Sean Cook = Crook.

I can’t stress enough, Goto any another dealer. I have complained to the factory through Fabio.

Brilliant service as always. Adam from the service team went above and beyond to answer all queries. They arranged collection, completed the necessary works and returned my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Prices are also very competitive compared to other dealerships. Highly recommended and I'll be using them in the future for sure.
