I recently purchased a car from Central Cars Dealership (Lincoln). I had the pleasure of meeting the Sales Manager Jay, who reassured me at every stage of the transaction. The cars, engines etc. were immaculate. When we were taken on the test drive, another team member Stuart, was delightful and friendly. A service and valeting was also carried out. I placed down a refundable deposit to initially reserve the car. All in all, I cannot fault this Dealership, and can wholly recommend Central Car Sales Ltd, Jay and his team. It was an uplifting experience and so happy with the Ford KA car that we purchased. Thank you also to Jamie (mechanical engineer) for his hard work.
Note, I believe there are a couple of negative google reviews which are not directly applicable to this Dealership.

I bought a Mini from here. Excellent service all round. It did have to go back in for a couple of issues sorting out while it was still under warranty, they took it back straight away and sorted it out asap. I was given a curtesy car to drive around in the meantime.

Lincoln central car sales are amazing. I live 5hours away, in Cornwall, I spoke to Jay throughout the process, kept me up to date with everything and made sure I was happy with everything is doing. Also arranged for delivery down to me over 300miles away! The delivery driver was right on time when he said we would be there 7am.
He did not pressure me and made sure I liked the car before I fully committed.
Lincoln central car sales is the best and a delightful car sales I have ever delt with.
I would highly recommend them, even though they are far away from me, dont let that stop you from purchasing a car from here.

5 Stars is not enough! Sometimes you meet people that make an impression!

Sourced a few cars over aprox a three hundred mile round trip that had good read ups promising a quality car and genuine history!

Planned visits for several cars to be spanned out over a day. Saw an advert here at Lincoln Central Car Sales and gave them a ring in the evening. Spoke to Jay asking him to reserve a car for viewing the next day hoping I could fit it in after viewing others, i even offered a deposit which he refused but gave me his word!

Logistics next day meant I was possibly unable to meet my promise so messaged Central Car Sales to cancel my appointment.

Got a courtesy call from Jay @ Lincoln Central Car sales inquiring on me whereabouts as he’d not seen the cancellation message….. however as the quality of cars seen that day were poor and being sold by untrustworthy private and retail seller’s prone to fibbing I decided to make the visit by driving a further 70 miles to Jay as i found his demeanour very professional cool calm and collected.

Once we arrived weather took a turn as we brought the rain to Lincoln :D and i was impressed to be greeted by Jay who brought out a brolly (old skool)
and left us to view the vehicle without pressure.

Car was a genuine straight example as was the stock of cars in his fleet all hand picked and backed up with good motoring history!

Car fired up first time from a cold start so asked for a test drive which he happily had Stuart accompany us….another pleasant chap!

Car drove great with a couple of minor niggles which you would expect at this end of the market.

Daughter and me took a shine to the car and was about to pay the deposit until daughter decided to walk away and check her finances again….Jay even advised my daughter against the sale of the vehicle and to stay within her budget. Readers please note this is a rarity in the trade as many Car Salesman will push for a sale irrespective…..I personally have 20+ years in this trade.

Took a further two weeks for decision making until daughter checked and decided it was a go! Left a deposit over the telephone with Jay and he gave a gentleman’s promise to have the MOT, full service and some work carried out on the vehicle. Kept me updated every step of the way and had the necessary work carried out along with some above and beyond at a substantial cost from the goodness of his heart…. that’s character with a conscious!

The vehicle was presented clean and tidy and drove exceptionally well on the 100 mile return journey and on par with a brand new vehicle! Had a minor issue afterwards with the vehicle rang Jay who couldn’t do enough to resolve the minor issue! Potential buyers please note this end of the car trade is extremely difficult to run on many factors one of being a used car market with vehicles aprox 10 years old.

Personally having over 20 years experience in the car trade i can unconditionally state Central Car Sales of Lincoln will stand out as one of the best Car buying experiences in five decades for me and has surpassed many main dealers!

Result Father has peace of mind and daughter has a safe car to drive!

Do I recommend them a wholehearted Yes. Can’t sing there praise enough!

Extremely pleased by our purchase of an Abarth 500. Very easy transaction, no pressure and sorted out the paperwork quickly and effectively. Will be our first stop when we look at another car.

Really good for old cars, though of course you need to pick over them closely as they many have some cosmetic issues. We did have one issue, but this was due to the garage servicing it making an error, but as long as you talk with them like an adult and stay calm everything works out okay.

First class service found the car i was after and being based in suffolk I put my trust in the company from my first contact with Jay he described the car and when I went to look at it it was as described spot on customer service would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Great little car and all the bits where done as promised many thanks.

Great service and Stuart very friendly and welcoming was all the team there.
Only went to see were he had moved to and ended up buying a car.
Had cars from him in the past and all have been great runners.
Can't fault Central Car Sales in Lincoln.
