From start to finish all the staff at car quay were brilliant. Friendly,efficient with no pressure selling at all. I travelled over 3 hours to purchase a Nissan xtrail from Car Quay, so communication and honesty was essential.I was sent very clear pictures and a video showing inside and out in lots of detail.
The after sales was particularly good. As I lived so far away I had the few problems I had with the car fixed at a local garage and car quay payed for this without hesistation.
I would highly recommend Car Quay and every member of staff.They made buying a car a very relaxing and pleasurable experience.

Just purchased a Audi TT from these guys great communications, really easy laid back let us test drive, have a really good poke about. Put a reservation fee of £100 down to keep the car and if we didn't like it we could have a 100% refund. I don't think you can be fairer than that.
The car is beautiful drives like a dream and I am one happy customer.
Would definitely recommend Car Quay as there was no hard sell like you get at other dealers !!

Bought an E350 Mercedes, looked great! Low mileage, good history, ticked all the boxes.
Dealer delivered it to me 2 weeks after purchase, then the problems started…… how on earth a dealer can sell and deliver a car, having been MOT’d and serviced just days before, with so many warning lights and a serious oil leak.
Dealer was quick to agree to retrieving the car and give me my money back. Took another couple of weeks though, which left me borrowing rides off family and friends.
I’m sure they are a professional and serious dealer, I just can’t get over them delivering a car to me with so many faults. From buying the car to it being taken away, was about 5 weeks. I drove it for 12 days. AND bought an extended warranty in it - that was over £300 lost!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Car Quay. Service has been very good from start to finish. Wasn't completely happy with a couple of bits on the car and notified them straight away. They were really helpful and took the car back and provided me with a courtesy vehicle whilst they rectified the issues I raised. Jack and the rest of the people at the dealership have been great and I will definitely be returning in a couple of years when I'm ready for another change of vehicle. Thanks to everyone at car quay

My family and I have purchased a number of cars from Car Quay, every time it’s been an incredibly smooth and easy process. Staff are knowledgeable, and always very helpful. All I had to do was set up insurance and they take care of everything else. Nothing is too much trouble and I’d not buy from anywhere else. Regularly recommend to friends and family and they also have always been looked after well. Also Ian the Cat is a real cutie! 🐈

Customer service is second to none, called me whenever need. Kept in touch all the way.

While the deal didn't go through I would buy from this dealership in a whim if found the right car.

You can rest assured to:
- leave the deposit there, refunds are processed quickly
- reserve the car and arrange the finance in advance, you can easily change your mind and dealership is very helpful

I hope they will have the car that I like next time.

I reserved an Audi A4 2 weeks prior to purchase and I was immediately offered an extremely fair trade in price for my part exchange vehicle, thanks to Jamie.

Upon arrival I experienced a relaxed environment, no pressure whatsoever. Firstly, I was given the keys to test drive the motor before even purchasing the vehicle! Hence, I took the Audi for a quick drive around the location and was more than satisfied with the vehicle.

Andy primarily handled my transaction from arrival to departure. He made the experience smooth, straight forward and I found the Car Quay team to be a honest group of people, a credit to the business! They had a decent sense of humour too!
Lastly I’d like to mention they dealt with all my requirements efficiently and the bald fella also offered me an extra £100 for my part exchange as a good will gesture.

The 500 mile journey I had made was worth every mile. Sorry I paid cash Andy! Keep up the good work Car Quay.
