Brought a 2019 bmw m4 convertible a few weeks ago so happy with the car. Very good people to deal with. Everything was sorted out very quickly and professionally. Jack was very helpful sorting out things with the finance company and got things in motion. The car was exactly as described and I was definitely not let down after making a 300 mile trip by train. Great people to deal with, another very happy customer thanks.

What an absolute beauty. I did have reservations about buying a Transporter from a non franchise dealer but I shouldn’t have.. This is by far the best presented vehicle I have seen and I can tell you I have seen loads. Thank you Glenn for everything and I would definitely buy a vehicle from yourselves in the future. My husband and I visited Furness Park last weekend hoping to get a better idea of what sort of car would suit us once our newborn arrives in a few months. We were immediately made to feel welcome and were shown a number of different options. We came back the following day to test drive a car but felt we needed something to compare it to. Glenn went out of his way to ensure that he was able to show us another car that matched the make and model we were interested in. We returned the next day and picked up the keys to our new car less than a week later. Glenn listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect car at a great price. We couldn't recommend Furness Park enough!

Drove 5 hours down here, was served by Jack who was brilliant from start to finish - friendly and bubbly yet so professional. Also very kindly met us out of hours as we came from so far. He also accommodated us in a local hotel for the night which was of high standards. Very impressive showroom, vehicle that I purchased was mint condition - they are perfectionists! Will definitely recommend and come back again. Lovely family run business, thank you for everything.

Recently purchased a car from Furness Park. Not my first from there and won’t be the last ;-) Jack was great to deal with and our new pride and joy was ready on time and immaculately presented. The only down side is that my wife loves the car so much I’ve only got to drive it once!!!

After a long time searching, I found a stunning 911 at Furness Park. I had planned on buying from a main dealer to secure all the protection that comes from so doing. Glenn assured me that the car and warranty from Furness Park would exceed expectations. I was reassured and decided to make the 5 hour journey to view the car. Upon arrival, I was made very welcome and after a test drive, decided it was the car for me. Overnight accommodation was at a lovely hotel, courtesy of Furness Park. During the next week or so, the car was prepared and then delivered by George, in a covered transporter. Everyone involved in my purchase was passionate about what they do. I must say a special thank you to Andrea who was so organised and professional in dealing with the paperwork and arrangements for delivery.
To me, the mark of an exceptional business is one that places customer satisfaction uppermost and genuinely goes above and beyond to achieve that. I feel like I have been introduced to the family and I will look to purchase cars from them in future.
There were a couple of issues but true to form Glenn rectifed them to ensure I was totally satisfied. Seems to me that an ethos of honesty and a genuine commitment to customers, embedded in earlier generations, lives on and long may it continue to do so.

If you need a new to you car, there aren’t many better places than Furness Park. Glenn looked after us from start to finish, it was a long distance sale (from Bristol) but we couldn’t wish for better communication and information. We were put up at in the stunning Abbey Hotel, a short distance from the dealership. The car was beautifully presented when we arrived and we drove away with beaming smiles! It will be the first place we contact if we ever need to buy another car!

Great experience dealing with Furness from the first time I spoke to Jack & subsequently other members of the family. I was concerned about buying an expensive car online from a company over 250 miles away. I needn’t have worried! My Porsche arrived on a covered trailer in beautiful & unmarked condition. Great company!
