Capitol Car Centre

After weeks of searching for the right car, and trailing around dealerships and independents, I came across Capitol Car Centre, they had the exact spec Q5 I was looking for. Tom was very knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions then left me alone to check the car out. I returned with my partner the day after, we dealt with Mark, who again was great, we test drove the car at our leisure, and were given all the time we wanted.
Whilst the Mrs was falling in love with the car, I browsed the other cars on offer, all were of a very high standard and reasonably priced.
They offered a competitive trade in value for my BMW. At no time was I under any pressure to purchase, which I had found at other places.
I would recommend Capitol Car Centre to anybody looking for a quality car from a no nonsense garage. Thanks guys I will hopefully deal with you again.

Bought a car from Capitol Car Centre about 3 weeks ago and the service provided was excellent. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Chris was amazing with getting the car ready for us and communication was excellent from start to finish. Really happy to have bought a car from this car dealer and will definitely be the first place to visit for our next car.

Great people to deal with. No pressure overall and Chris is decent, straightforward and respectful. My car was prep'ed well and I went on an unaccompanied test drive - which was great for me as I was able to envisage myself owning it more effectively. While chatting with Chris, I found out that he has been buying and selling cars for many years and it was nice to meet someone who has a decent level of knowledge about the multitude of cars he sells. My experience was very good over all, so I give 5/5 :0)

Purchased a ford kuga from these guys. Very good experience considering. Whilst they were mot checking the vehicle and doing all the checks to the car. They found that the pan sun roof wasnt opening. They advised me of the issue and offered a reaasonable discount. We wanted this sun roof working correctly, they sent the car to ford to have repaired. In the meantime we had sold our car so they offered us a courtesy car whilst ours was at ford. Im very happy with the car and very happy with the level of service these guys gave. I would recomend them and would use them myself again ... thanks

I recently bought a 987.2 Cayman S from the Capital Car Centre. The whole buying process was really good and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. They were really accommodating around the collection date and were very thorough with the documentation for the car which was great.

Can’t recommend Capitol Cars enough, great service from both Mark and Chris. Purchased the car from distance, Mark and Chris sent over all the details
of the car in question, previous history etc along with a personalised video. On collection there was a couple of minor things to sort which were done there and then without question. Very happy to recommend these guys and despite the distance wouldn’t question buying form Capitol Cars again

A really positive experience, I was apprehensive putting a deposit down on a car with only some pictures and a phone call to go on, but I needn't of been. The car exceeded my expectations, and the service was nothing short of superb, especially given the circumstances imposed by lockdown. Government guidance on social distancing was dutifully followed, but I was still made to feel welcome. I'd happily recommend these guys. Thanks!

UPDATE:

The car has done 6000 miles since I bought it back in April 2020 and the engine has blown up. Having to pay £5000 to have a second hand engine fitted is a complete and utter joke, I'm mind blown. Literally the worse car I have ever bought. So disappointed.

After chasing constantly for months now, I am leaving a 1 star review.
Bought a BMW 4 series grand coupe from capitol car centre back in March/April. The front washer motor was in-op, I raised the issue on the day of purchase, this failure is clearly covered under warranty and they are completely ignoring several emails raising the issue. disappointing really, I will continue to chase.
