I contacted the garage at 10am about purchasing the car and stressed there was an urgency as it was a 17th birthday present for my daughter that day. Within fifteen minutes Russ had contacted me, the deal was done and by three o'clock that afternoon the car was sat on my drive for a very excited daughter. Unbelievable service from a great garage and a great bloke.

We received excellent service from Chris Allen Garages Ltd from start to finish.
We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
They kept us up to date with when we come expect to receive the car and when it arrived, we were delighted with the product.
All the controls were explained to us on receipt.

Had car serviced and it cost £235 for just a basic service which is ridiculous but it is what it is. Just for that price I'd expect the car to have a mini valet as well but no they didn't. I paid £235 for oil change (£50 max) and pollen filter (£30 quid max) all so we could get the ford service stamp which seems to cost around £155.
Guy at reception was a nice fella though so he brought it up to 3 stars

This is my 4th Fiesta bought from Russ, at Chris Allen Garage. He has always provided great service and aftersales. This Fiesta was delayed due to problems with all new cars at present, but Russ kept me informed. Would definitely recommend.

The service here compared to the Fleetwood Garage was so different, in fact there was no service... we waited 40 minutes before they even took the car in for it's M.O.T and when I asked about how long it would be before it would be taken through, the guy on reception said that the car had only just been approved by motability and they had to take pictures!!! Plus he had just been given the keys!!! He was given the keys straight away and later he said that they take pictures at the end so was the other part a lie too 🤔 hhmmm why wouldn't they get authorisation when it gets booked in or on the day it's coming in so you don't have to wait. My Mum also wanted to look at a Ford Puma as one of the guys stated that one would be in, nope another lie but instead of asking my Mum if they could go through anything with her they just basically fobbed her off!!! No customer service skills at all!!! Then the reception guy went into the disabled toilet for a good while then when he came out there was a gentleman waiting to be dealt with, he just said are you ok there and walked away from him before he could answer!!! Well no he wasn't ok there because he needed assistance 🙄 😏 gheez I won't be going there again and neither will my Mum, she had her M.O.T done and today they sent her an email saying she needed a service, can you believe it 😳😳😳 get your act together guys and sort your customer service skills out!!!

Took a car out for a test drive and 2 warning lights were on, incredibly bad considering they are trying to sell you it. Car should of been presented better with no warning lights on, when I mentioned it the salesman just said oh yes they have lot's of sensors on them.......

I sold my car on Motorway to Chris Allen Garages and the whole process was stress free.

Their customer service was brilliant - prompt communication from Max (who was incredibly friendly) made for an efficient sale. Payment was sent immediately, once all the documents were in place.

The two gentlemen who collected the car were also very friendly and knowledgeable about the next steps.

Overall, a positive experience and I would be happy to recommend/use Chris Allen Garages in the future.

A special thanks to Russ Bury who went out of his way to ensure my wife’s new Puma ST was meticulously valeted and inspected prior to delivery. Will definitely be engaging with them for our general maintenance requirements.
