More friendly than last time I tried to buy a car here 10 years ago. They never returned my calls or updated us on new stock. I bought my new car from Penfolds instead. Went in last week and 2 salesman took the time to speak to me even though I looked a mess and was only there to look. Not at the buying stage yet which I am sure they knew.

Car went in for service/MOT usually have no issues, however it seems when you do have issues they are very reluctant to help.
After the service I noticed damage to my vehicle, granted I cannot prove it was them however many calls/emails they haven't even bothered calling me back after the first round of calls. They are keen to call you a few days after your service to remind you they will send a feedback form to complete which they want you to give them 5 stars, since I have had issues I haven't received one to complete. I dealt with Sean & Annette who were lovely until the no response, I know my car and the damage wasn't there but I have now paid for the repair out of my own pocket.

This is my 4th car purchase from Robins & Day each time I have been totally satisfied with the service. Bit of a problem with new car delivery this time due entirely to global supply problems and shortages. I ended up with a slightly different variation to the model I ordered, between Vauxhall and Robins & Day a satisfactory solution was found with no extra charge and I ended up with a better car than the one I originally ordered. Mirkos the sales executive was very helpful and attentive throughout the buying process. Sam the finance guy was also most helpful.

My 'local' car dealership who have been servicing my car for a few years now. Always done a really good job so no complaints from me. My courtesy car this time was a corsa-e which was very nice. Friendly staff.

As a 21 year-old looking to finance his first car, and not having any idea of the process, I was guided very comfortably by the salesman named Viktor. He explained every single detail to me regarding the contracts etc and I was never once left in the dark about anything. A very good, transparent customer service and would 10000% recommend to any of you interested in dealing with them.

Just collected my new car today. Ray Thomas the salesman was excellent. From finding the car to handover day. Was so smooth. Would highly recommend him if you need to purchase a new or used car.

I wanted to change my old car so was shopping around November 2022 for a nice second hand/nearly new Vauxhall Corsa to nip around town in. I previously tried a few places and then enquired online about a Corsa I’d seen on Robin and Day’s Chiselhurst website. I got a call the next morning to say they were following up my enquiry and that we could come view the car and other cars on site. We got there later that day and was warmly welcomed by staff member Ray Thomas. We checked over the car and its history and Ray’s manager accompanied me on a test drive. The car drove smoothly and all questions were answered satisfactorily about the sale and collection date etc. I bought the car that day and got a good deal with part exchanging. I’ve had the Corsa now for a few months and it’s just as fab as it was on purchase. Cheers to Ray, (and Viktor for sorting the paperwork) and Ray’s manager, fab customer care all round!

Excellent service from the second I walked in. Only went in to view a particular model as another garage didn’t have it and had said it would be 6 months wait. Ended up leaving having brought the car and had it within a week. Really friendly guys and couldn’t do enough to help.
