Like a few other people have said, I was sold a ‘death trap’ me to!
I bought the car. With in 2 days it was back there for repairs I wanted to get my old car back but i was told it wasn’t a option, it was a hole new engine re build. The hole gear box broke. It had putty all over the place I have photos to prove.
I was told brakes wear just done. They wear not.
I live in Chester I had to drive it all the way back to Chorley with no Power steering or brakes.

Dropped an elderly chap here with his broken down car close to closing time. A very helpful technician replaced the fob batteries straight away and the chap was able to drive away! They could have sent him away and stung him for all sorts like most places would but my hat comes off to these guys. We'll done.

Extremely poor service, I was only looking for a car for my son to learn in and when I found the car at Clock Garage Ltd was told the car was available. I then arranged everything to do the 150 mile trip to be told that the car was already sold to another person!

Tried booking our electric Renault Zoe in for a service, and when I asked the lady on the phone (no idea who as the phone was just answered with “hello?”) if this was something that I could book, she just replied “no”.

I was surprised and asked “no?!” to just get a blunt confirmation of “no”.

Even if you could do it, I wouldn’t trust you with my pen, never mind my car. Get your customer service sorted immediately.

Good prompt service, salesman John was really nice, not at all pushy, gave all the information we required but did not feel at all pressured. We did agree a sale with him.

I can only praise the team for the service. I felt confident that I got 1st class treatment. All good, nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to all the staff.
