I rarely leave reviews but on this occasion i really wanted to let others know the great level of service I received, it was the easiest and most efficient vehicle purchase I have ever made. The vehicle was advertised with a great level of detail with many photos and videos, this was important to me as I was travelling over 4 hours via public transport to collect the vehicle. Upon arrival I was pleased It was not a waste of journey as the vehicle was described accurately. The level of service from Neil was phenomenal, he kept me updated via email and telephone throughout the whole purchase. Very comfortable and inviting, no pressure selling. Neil went above and beyond. Thank you!

I have recently purchase a new car with Snows and the overall experience was fantastic! Every staff I spoke to was great and polite. I felt appreciated and the process was very smooth. I must thank Luke for his superb customer service, on arrival he was welcoming and approachable. He patiently answered all my questions even the ones I thought was silly. Everything was well explained and I was offered options to other services. I was also offered a hot or cold drink and I felt reassured going though with the purchase. I received a personal thank you video message from Ashley the following working day which I thought was really nice because I felt like I wasn’t forgotten after making the purchase. I would highly recommend Snows hence why I am giving a 5 stars. A big thank you to the whole team for making my experience a great one!!

I was actually visiting with a friend who liked the look of a Seat Leon. While that was happening I saw a car that appealed. The car, in this review, isn't relevant, but, for the record it was a KIA Stinger.
The sales rep I dealt with at first, despite being a little busy with other customers, was quick to sort out trade plates so I could go for a test drive. On my return he came to me and asked if he could help further, I said not at this time. He wasn't pushy at all just said if they could then call again.
I did return and after another test drive struck a deal. Neil was my sales rep and after all relevant financials and sales document completed, which did take a while because of red tape, the car was mine.
Dealing with SNOWS To Good To Auction was , for me, easy.

I find buying a car can be a stressful time, however Adele provided a very helpful and practical service. She is a good communicator and “gets things done”. On the day of collection everything was in place as promised. Probably the quickest and most efficient car purchase I’ve made! Thank you.

I found the perfect Range Rover Evoque at an unbelievable price via autotrader, a “too good to be true” moment and thankfully it turned out perfectly. I was looked after from start to finish by James Dillon who could not have been kinder or more patient with me, checking every step of the way on my comfortability as I never saw the car before purchasing due to distance from the dealership. I had recently had the worst experience with Vauxhall and my trust was thoroughly broken, but James & his team repaired that in no time. I also want to say just how lovely Garry & Ashley, the delivery team, were to me. They got my car to me early the day after paying, were so kind and friendly it felt less like a car exchange & more like a handover from a friend.

I can’t stress how grateful I am to them to get me such a fantastic car for over £2,000 less than other sellers. If ever I need another one, i’ll be going back to these guys.
