Dealt with Simon at MG on a purchase of used Mini Countryman, Simon was polite, friendly and professional, I have purchased several cars for Chorley Nissan and find their customer service excellent, I have no issues in promoting their products now or in the future. Excellent Customer service. After visiting several car sales showrooms and being treated like we didn't belong we went to Chorley MG. Their sales Man Simon was excellent he understood everything we required he allowed us to do the test drives on a day we preferred and to test drive more than one vehicle he kept in touch with us and we were able to successfully order a new vehicle on the 27th of October and look forward to collecting it when it's ready. A brilliant service would highly recommend it to anybody the coffee was excellent thank you Simon and the team MG Chorley

Shocking service!
Sales executive was rude from the offset, made us feel like second class citizens!
Think he was called Paul but was less than helpful and very patronising, upset by the experience, amazing building but poor staff selection
Went to the Chorley group In Burnley and spent £26,000…..now that is a dealership!

Very pleasant visit, I dealt with Simon who explained everything clearly and precisely.
Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident to order my MG4 with him.

Got an MG ZS on finance 1 year and 2 months ago. BRAND NEW car and the clutch went just as my pregnant mrs come off the motorway and they wouldn’t do anything to help and wouldn’t cover the cost of £792 for the clutch and the repair to be done.

Now if you read up on MG and especially the ZS which unfortunately I didn’t you’ll find that there are a lot of forums mentioning the clutches are failing at around the 10k mile mark. Clearly a known fault. If I could I’d hand this car back to them tomorrow.

To end this, if you want a company that are going to help you after they have signed over the car don’t go to the Chorley group and definitely don’t get an MG.
