I sold the car on my second visit, having received what I considered to be a derisory offer the first time. The second visit was much better and we got closer to what I thought was a reasonable offer, and I accepted it. Everything was very smooth after the sale - the tax refund came within a few days and the money for the car was in my account four working days after the sale as promised. If you just want to get rid of a car without any hassle it’s a good service, but be prepared to haggle and even walk away if you think they are being unreasonable. They will be back in touch, and on both occasions that I have been involved in dealings with them the offer was much better on the second visit. You know you’re not going to get a great price for your car, but unless you’re in a real hurry to sell, hang in there for a better deal.

This place is a total scam Stay away They offered me £750When I went there it was £300The actual market value of my car is £2,000 Few problems with my car and that's why it's gone down to £300he say well if there wasn't I would have sold it for £2000 please stay away The price they give you online and the price they'll give you when you go there is completely different they try tricking people in to there scam

I am happy with the service. It was a bit slower due to technical issues but the guy, I think his name is Sam, was amazing and very helpful and friendly. So I didn’t mind the waiting as much. I’d recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick and effortless car sale.

David is an absolute star at this branch. I was able to complete an absolutely seamless transaction within 30 minutes of arrival and that was without an appointment. Amazing service from David that has restored my faith in WBAC.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and explained the process well. Got a great price for my car, slightly less than the online price quoted due to some minor scratchs but overall I think this was a great service. Literally able to sell my car in less than 30 mins. Would definately recommend.
