What can I honest say about this dealership?..

I booked my V60 in to have two punctured tyres and a cracked windscreen repaired - free of charge.
I requested an appointment for the same day (within a few hours) and they managed to get me in.
I was embrassingly 20mins late which was no problem at all.

I arrived, professionally greeted by a very kind receptionist who guided me to the right place.

My car and I was well taken care of from then on. I was welcomed to have a free coffee and snacks and welcomed to wait in their very comfortable "customer area" on their showroom floor.

Very quickly afterwards my car was up on the ramps and I was welcomed into their IMMACULATE car workshop garage, where their very welcoming mechanics spoke to me about my vehiclee - even their mechanics were very happy and friendly which clearly says a LOT about this place 👍

Only one of the two tyres were repairable, which they did there and then (free of charge of course). I was given sound advice regarding the one tyre that could not be repaired.
My windscreen could not be repaired, but I was also given sound advice - at no point were any pushy sales tactics trying to be made.

They then offer to wash my car (externally) free of charge! - I kindly accepted 👌

Whilst I was at their dealership I browsed their showroom. Whilst doing so a very casual salesman approached me (I instantly made it clear to him that I was only here for the free repairs and not to buy a new car) who was very happy to talk to me about their past and current range of cars

Not many things in life are true and genuine, but this place certainly is!

Volvo = safety and top class service 1st!

The Preston team made the experience of buying a new car thoroughly enjoyable. An experience I haven't had in the past at other car dealers. Everything was explained fully and nothing was too much trouble. If only other dealerships could learn from the staff at Preston and Lindon was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole thing hassle free. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Naz, very kindly, explained to me everything, and show me how to set my car the way I wanted. He has great knowledge of the car.
I will definitely go back with pleasure and confidence if needed or for regular service.

The showroom and frontage are kept in order and are customer focused. Staff were quick to see to your needs. Cars to test drive were made available. There was a no pressure approach and all information was available. I bought a car and the whole experience of visiting, test drives and purchase was exceptional. My thanks to my salesman, Daniel Cox, who throughout was courteous, professional and saw to my requirements from viewing to the final drive away.

Without a doubt, the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Comprehensive website allowed easy selection of vehicle. We worked with Lee Dwayre through the purchase process, who delivered the very best in customer service: pressure free, organized and great attention to detail. The parting thank you gift to “keep me out of trouble” was going above and beyond. Definitely an unforgettable experience and I am confident this is not the last vehicle we will purchase from Lee.

Recently upgraded my V40 car at Rybrook Bolton and I could not be more satisfied with my car which I absolutely love and the sales experience thank you to Chris. From entering initially to driving out in my new car I felt listened to and empowered due to the professional, personable and knowledgeable skills of this really spot on sales executive. All the staff I encountered were also high standard. Highly recommended

Jason has been fantastic, I couldn't have asked for a better level of service. He explained everything clearly with no sales pressure (even advised I hold off from buying for a few days as there were better offers going live), arranged an all-day test drive for me, and then to top it off, drove the paperwork to sign over to me himself after I part exchanged my previous car elsewhere and so couldn't make it through to the showroom. Top service, would recommend to anyone.

I was kept regularly informed on the choice, assembly, and delivery dates. Then a very thorough step by step setup from from a very patient LR at the end of a very long day who certainly missed watching a good World Cup match to make sure we knew what the car offered. A knowledgeable executive who understands the value of great customer care. Buying a new is definitely a scary moment and what needed is reassurance which one cannot pay for but got given plenty of for free. This is a great dealership and I am happy to have found it. Thanks Lindon. I am sure Rybrook Preston the gold standard.
