Bought a car from Richard back in the beginning of January, I’ve never met a more dedicated and lovely human being.
He helped with every and any querie, any time I phoned or visited to see when my car was going to turn up etc.
Richard was a pleasant and lovely person to be around and made buying and ordering our car super simple.
He was always professional and we all enjoyed a good laugh together often and even went out of his way to do little bits and follow things up.
If you go to buy a car go through Richard. A fantastic salesman and character.
Also Purbeck Motors (MG) the other staff members were always helpful and kind with a smile on there face.

Bought an ex-demonstrator MG HS PHEV from Purbeck MG in January. The car had 98 miles on it and was the best deal across the country. Travelled from Bristol to see the car which was immaculate. Had no issues with it since and couldn't be happier. Richard was brilliant to deal with, both in person and over the phone.
He called back when he said he was going and answered all questions I had.
Called up today with a query and called me back 5 minutes later with the answer.

I have just taken delivery of a pre registered 2022 MG ZS from Purbeck MG. Richard the sales person was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the minute I stepped inside the showroom through to collecting the car just a few days later, arranged around my availability. I discussed my desire to have some stability around my future servicing costs. Richard put together a bespoke service plan for 5 years which includes the cost of the cars two first MOT’s. I look forward to dealing with Richard and the team at Wool and Bovington Motors over the ownership of the car and the peace of mind the service plan has given me. The reviews of the local business speak volumes and it is refreshing to not receive any type of typically expected pushy sales techniques. The vehicle itself was immaculately presented and even kept in the on-site workshop awaiting my arrival on a horrible wet and blustery day until I was ready to drive away. Richard kindly put in half a tank of fuel into our new ZS and gave me a very fair part ex price on my outgoing vehicle. This is the first time I have felt the need to write a public online review. If only other companies had a Richard working for them.
