I have to say I was sceptical about what to expect but we received a fantastic service. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. From initial valuation online we booked an appointment at our local centre. The lady at the centre was very friendly and polite. She gave the car a once over and checked our paperwork, keys, locking wheel nuts, service history etc. She mentioned a couple of stone chips and two alloys that were scuffed which we knew about. She deducted some money for those which was very fair. We were happy with the price and proceeded with the sale. There is an admin fee of £75 and if you want the money in your account the same day there is an additional charge of £29. A few bits of paperwork to sign. It took about 15 mins for the whole process. I was quite shocked at how easy it was. The money was in our account in about 30 mins. Great service and completely hassle free. You have nothing to lose as you can walk away if you are not happy with the price. We got offered £1000 more than the best trade-in price. I will definitely be using their services again. I would definitely recommend them.

My car was valued at £10,500 due to it having a chili pack. However, during my appointment I was told it did not have one which drastically reduced the value of my car. I was told the chili pack would have been included in my V5 which after a quick google I knew it wouldn't. A chili pack is for aesthetics rather than engine performance. I agreed to the very reduced price due to feeling like I had been scammed by the place I had brought it from. After my appointment which had lasted an hour and a half due to trying to prove my car did not have a chili pack i got in touch with mini. They sent me my cars specs and showed me that my car did have a chili pack. I had lost £800 due to incompetence. I have called multiple and even emailed to sort this issue but have not had any response.

I was bit skeptical in the beginning about selling my 2018 BMW 3 series to We Buy Any Car because they have small offices here and there. But their buying price was bit better than what I would get in part exchanging my vehicle at any other dealer near by. So I just booked an appointment with them to give it a try. Surprisingly the whole process went very smoothly and I had the money in my account the next day. There was nothing to complain about. The staff at Fosse Park Leicester branch is very friendly and I didn't feel I am dealing with a car trader which is sometimes stressful, specially when you are selling a car. Came here 2 days ago and agreed a value of £1150. Had to wait for logbook to come back so returned today and was offered £780.
It's the same car as two days ago. Total waste of time, staff are disinterested.
