Stebbings are in my opinion one of the most honest and genuine car dealers, Daniel was my sales man and i must say the level of communication was impeccable and the speed of turnaround from purchase to pickup was second to none.

I did discover an issue with the vehicle, one that would be near impossible to see to the naked eye. Upon calling stebbings to log the issue, i was greeted by crystal in the service department who promptly resolved the issue. I have had really bad experiences with repairs from dealerships and this certainly wasnt one of them.

Five stars for the whole team at stebbings.

Bought a used car from Jake and could not be happier from start to finish. Initially I enquired and spoke to a young lady who promised to call me back the next day, this never happened, after several attempts to get hold of her Jake took over the enquiry, he was very polite and efficient and understood our needs and requirements, agreed the deal and Jake did as he promised. The car was prepped to a very high standard and we are extremely happy with it. Will definitely be returning to Jake when we are ready to change again, and recommend him to anyone in the market for a used car.

Fantastic dealership, can't fault them. The salesman, Daniel Penny, went out of his way to stay behind for an hour to assure I had the right car for me with the best deals. A quick and easy process with the reassurance I needed when buying a car so would 100% recommend!

Wow what a great experience I had buying a car through these guys. I booked a time to go look at a car I saw on their website, turned up and met salesman Jake Desborough who is an absolute asset to your company. After showing me around the car and letting me have a test drive I decided it was definitely for me. A week later I was driving away in my lovely new car, Jake got me a fantastic deal and made the whole process so easy to understand. Thanks again guys you are great to deal with and I will be back again when I'm ready to swap to something else. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough!

If there were more stars I would award them! Dylan sold me my car of interest, being a woman showing up at a car show room I was a little nervous, I was treated very well and instantly put at ease, all questions answered without feeling like I was stupid, outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Tom took care of my hand over again excellent care no rushing, genuine decent car sales men! Will definitely return next time without a doubt!

I have had many cars from these people and they have all been fantastic! The most recent one, 6 months in and cambelt went. Drive Assist got me home and I'm impressed with that service.... Then Phil and his team went into action and sorted it! Top service, you pay a little more but the value of what you get is excellent. IN My opinion the Best used car business in East Anglia!

Excellent service and given first class customer support. Reasonable prices as well, with a variety of cars. Would recommend to anyone looking for their next car. We looked at many cars on multiple dates and Daniel helped us every time, answered every question and helped us to receive a reasonable price on our desired car. Free coffee too!
