We recently purchased our new Audi through Motor Source Group and were very pleased with the excellent service that we received.
Paul set the deal up for us initially and was very helpful and informative and fast to respond to queries.
Once the order was placed and a small deposit paid Samantha gave us regular updates on progress and then ultimately organised the handover for us.
We got a good price and great service. What more could you ask?

From first contact with my enquiry through the ordering process to delivery of the car I was constantly impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism of everyone at The Motor Source Group. The delay due to various problems with supplies to the motor industry was very frustrating at times and in no way the fault of MSG or the supplying dealer so I must give a special mention here to my delivery co-ordinator, Jessica Giles, who was patience itself and who handled my queries with aplomb. I'm quite sure I was a nuisance to her at times but she never showed it and always responded very quickly and with an answer to my query. Thank you once again Jessica.
The delivery process went very smoothly, the car arriving at my home by trailer spot on time, immaculately prepared and with not a mark on it (see pictures) Also in-between ordering and delivery the car was subject to two price increases but true to their word MSG honoured the original quoted price.
All in all I cannot fault anything about the process and although I have to admit being a bit old fashioned and sceptical about buying a car online for the first time I would have no hesitation doing it again and would use and recommend MSG to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent. Amy and Paul helped me buy a brand new Mazda at a price lower than a 2 year old used example. Can't ask for any better than that!

Delivery was also coordinated within 1 week of the car arriving at the dealership and overall amazing communication via email and telephone. You can always call straight through and speak to a person, which is rare these days.

First class service from a first class company. I ordered my new car a few months ago and it was delivered to me last Friday. The staff at Motor Source were really helpful and friendly and they delivered a seamless service from first contact to delivery of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Motor Source and will certainly use them again in the future.

Second car I’ve purchased from Motor Source Group and once again no regrets. The offers they have far outweigh anything you could find with the main dealerships. I ordered an Audi A4 Black Edition which is costing me less a month than my A3 Sport was from a Audi dealership. Have strongly recommended to family and friends. This was my first experience of buying a new car online. The MSG advisor explained the process, the team kept me updated & I enjoyed a decent discount. For receiving my new Suzuki S-Cross sooner than expected - special thanks to the Team at Hilton Suzuki & Suzuki GB. Loving its economy & will be in for the 2000 mile check next month.

I heard about Motor Source Group through an Internet post, so thought I'd have a look. Was impresses by the amount of discount available, and also the range of cars. I decided on the model and then placed the order back in May 22. I was told at the time that there would be a long lead time, but that wasn't an issue for me.
I received regular updates about the progress of the order, and an expected delivery date.
The car was delivered on the 23rd December (slightly earlier than originally0 stated) so it was a nice Christmas present for me.
The car was delivered as promised with just 12 miles on the clock, and I was shown round the vehicle and had a few features explained to me.
All in all a great experience from start to finish. The car is great, and the staff at Motor Source Group were always on hand if I had any questions.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and would use again - but just be aware that the delivery times are long (although that's not any fault of MSG)
