Stoneacre Chesterfield (Unit 2)

This is the second car that I have bought from Dan Goodwin at Stoneacre - he makes the entire process as easy as possible. I simply went to him with a budget and a list of requirements and he suggested the car that may suit me and the finance options available. I went back a few days later for a test drive, the test drive felt comfortable and without pressure, no sales tactics or pushy behavior. I put my deposit down on a new Suzuki Swift the same day. Whilst waiting for my car to arrive Dan kept me up to date on its whereabouts and how the process would work the whole time. When the car had arrived on site and was being inspected I also received live updates via a tracking link. When I went to collect my car again the team were great, the sales manager explained all the financial details to me and walked me through all the paperwork. Dan stayed with me in my new car, explaining all the features and even helping me connect my phone and sync my contacts. I expected to like the car just because it was a new car. I did not expect to absolutely love the car - love the hybrid feature, the drive is easy and enjoyable and all my family have commented on how many features you get for the price point. I would and already do recommend Stoneacre to everyone I know, I have been a customer for nearly 4 years now over the course of 2 vehicles and have never had a bad experience with them - whether that’s in the dealership or within the servicing department.

I have just bought a car from Stoneacre Suzuki Chesterfield. Sam, the person who was looking after me was lovely. He made me feel very welcome at the showroom and put me at ease when taking it for a test drive. Everything went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend going there for a car.

Very impressed with the staff at Stoneacre Suzuki in particular with Sam a very helpful and polite young man who made us feel welcome and did everything he could to answer our questions about the car we are interested in with no pushy sales tactics either. Enjoyed our test drive in the Vitara which is a very nice motor indeed. Very happy would definitely recommend to others.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sam and Alex at Stoneacre Suzuki. Sam looked after us from our first visit and was courteous, friendly, not at all pushy and was a pleasure to deal with. Initially we were just browsing to get an idea of what car would suit me and Sam listened and suggested a car we had not considered. After a test drive we decided to buy the car and i picked it up yesterday which is when we met Alex who was just as helpful and went the extra mile for us with regards to sorting out a couple of questions we had. Today we agreed to buy a Suzuki Vitara from Stoneacre Chesterfield. From the initial selection, the subsequent test drive and the trade in valuation, the whole process was simple and stress free.
Sam the salesman took us through the whole process and was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, without being pushy.
We look forward to picking up the car next week.

Really impressed with the guys at suzuki, stoneacre. Sam was our salesman and he was excellent, couldn't be faulted nothing was too much hassle. This is my second pcp contract with suzuki and after this experience I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends and family.

Fantastic service from all of the team, especially Daniel, managed to offer me a great deal and turnaround the car in super quick time. Very courteous, happy to help attitude and was in the dealership a minimal amount of time with paperwork etc. Definitely recommend. A very happy new Suzuki owner.
