Chas, the After Sales Manager has been fantastic trying to help diagnose an issue with our 3 month old Mk8 golf (not supplied by Listers) that is currently stuck 1200 miles away in the south of France with electrical gremlins. He spent the time to check there were no obvious outstanding recalls etc or issues he could recommend. VWs European assistance will not be getting 5 stars from me but my local dealer does We received the same selfless service 5 months ago when we went to look and size up a showroom model, knowing they couldn't supply. Loughborough VW are outstanding.

Awful service. Looking to purchase a brand new polo asap. Organised a test drive for me. Arrived at garage and the guy i was meeting wasn't there. Spoke to someone else who apparently knew my details, he didnt. Then im informed the model isnt there for me to drive, but i could test drive another car if i liked ( ??!!!??!!!!!)

Im then told i will be contacted regarding rearranging the appointment. I wasn't! If you want a quality car and have money to spend, go somewhere else!!

Made to feel very welcome. Didnt get looked down on like dandicliffes garage did. Nathan really helped us and is very good at his job. Didnt push us, gave us really good advice and helped us choose the perfect car. Cant wait to bring her home. My partner is very happy like a child at christmas. Cheers
