Went for a test drive. Was met at the door and offered coffee while I waited. Sales person was very informative about the car I was interested in. Showed me how to use indicators and everything else. The car was a great drive. I shall be returning. Would recommend a visit.

Had my cars cam belt changed and car wasn’t functioning properly since the change . Called VW and they said could only get my car in after 7 weeks…but said they would call if they had any spare slots from cancellations. 4 weeks later no call, so we call up and have to make a fuss to get the car seen and instead we’re told to call our breakdown cover to get it sorted. Finally, they offer to look at our car on the day for which I am grateful for of course. It took 2 days but they finally fixed the fault with the timer belt which was caused because the belt was not timed properly.
There was no apology.
Quite disappointed with the whole process considering that you pay more to get your car looked at by VW dealership, you expect better service . You don’t expect to have to wait 7 weeks to get a fault fixed that was caused by the dealership.

Will not go here again.
Went a few weeks ago. Spoke to a salesman about a new Golf R 20 anniversary edition. He told me how much deposit and the repayments would be and to come back in two weeks as they were taking orders then.
Went back saw a different salesman who told the deposit was 4 times what I had been told, plus the repayments were £200 per month more than I had been told.
Very disappointed.
Needless to say I will not be buying a car from them.

This is the 3rd VW dealership I have been to and by far the best one to date. The service team, do what you say, resolve issues when they come up and offer a comfortable area to work in while waiting. I'll definitely be returning as my dealer of choice.

Recent constant general poor servicein the world has made me very cynical these days and I get quite anxious when issues occur because of the complete lack of both accessibility to people that can help or a lack of willingness to do so. It was therefore a breath of fresh air when people used their initiative and helped find solutions based on options discussed. It has always been the expectations I have had with my teams in the past and sadly this culture is lacking these days. To see a team that cares and works with customers to find solutions is great and I firmly believe that in the long run it will be businesses who can do that which will survive.

Would not recommend. 10/10 customer service before we purchased the vehicle. Problems with the car within the first 10 days. Reported this, but nobody wants to know or return your calls. All the negative reviews on here must be true because customer service is non-existent once they’ve taken your money. Car is not fit for purpose, managers aren’t bothered. Don’t get roped into there warranty either because it’s a load of rubbish. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We have routinely had our car serviced at this dealership, but just once we took it elsewhere and Vertu Nottingham South has been unpicking all the problems arising from that mistake! The service reception has been constantly and repeatedly helpful, and the technician *** has been helpful, meeting us in person to understand the issues, one of which was particularly hard to find, and done an excellent job restoring our car to its former state. We actually look forward to having it serviced!

Shocking customer service, as soon as the finance was done the interest was gone! wheels should of been sorted on my vehicle before I picked it up, 3 months and 4 visits later I am still chasing, the only way I got a response was calling customer services, now customer services don't even call back. issue still not resolved and feel that I am wasting my time. would leave no star review if it was an option, totally ruined the experience of having a nice nearly new car. The offer to collect my car and sort the wheels does not suit as the vehicle is needed. After many calls and twice the manager (DALE) promised to call back it didn't happen! I am honestly shocked at how bad your service is from someone who is also in the trade, The last visit was confirmed by Dan with Dale and when I arrived David tried to tell me that no one had even told them I was coming, this despite customer services even calling that morning to confirm that the vehicle was booked in. I was then offered another set of damaged wheels for the car! The lack of care and the fact that the issue is still unresolved after this amount of time is an absolute joke. I am unsure what VW expect customers to think that are treated in this manor but I really hope that people read these reviews before purchasing a vehicle and think twice about it! I have uploaded some photos of the high quality repairs that have been carried out on the wheels. The last photo is one of the supposedly like new wheels that were offered to be fitted on my car! The bodge job on the wheels is certainly not what you should receive when you are paying over 30k for a car! I appreciate being a diamond cut wheel they are hard to repair but the state of these repairs is unreal.

Made an enquiry re trying to piece together my vehicle's service history. The receptionist, Jade Keith, was polite, knowledgeable and supplied the information I needed within seconds. Excellent service and very professional.
