We came in for a quick visit to find our new motability car. Ended up with a very lovely salesman called Rhys, once we’d spotted the car we liked. He was quick to help, with all aspects of the visit! The test drive was smooth, he’s a lovely young lad, very motivated to help! We came away with our new car, very satisfied and excited!

The whole team were great throughout the purchase of my new car, from viewing, test driving, and pick up. Any questions I had were quickly answered.

Rhys and Chris were very helpful we choose our car and they did the rest, they explain everything to us and explain what happens next they update you regularly about your new car, we ordered our new car in june and told we could be waiting till the back. End of the year then in august got a phone call to say our new car was on its way to chapel house Suzuki garage I was actually shocked at how quick it arrived we all were I think, we couldn’t pick our new car up till yesterday 16-09-22 when we arrived at the garage Rhys greeted us what a lovely guy he offered us coffee before he got down to all the paper work all in all excellent customer service 10/10 and recommended chapelhouse Suzuki garage Blackburn for your new car.

It's been a great experience with them over the past few years - originally getting a lovely new Suzuki Jimny from them that had no issues over the three years, to trading that in for a used Suzuki Vitara today for a great price. We'll definitely be considering them again a few more years down the line!

Just picked up a new Jimny. They were so helpful, brought a car for me to view on the same day as requested from another branch. The car was ready to drive away the next day. Friendly, professional Team. Chris the Manager was brilliant and Mohamed was so efficient and friendly. Can't fault this dealership. ☺️☺️
