Fantastic service from these guys. My car wouldn't start and also required an MOT. They came out to check the car over, took it back to their garage, replaced the battery, put it through an MOT and then delivered the car back to me!
Nicole was efficient, prompt and polite in making the whole experience a delight.
In a world where great customer service is becoming more and more difficult to come by, this was customer service at it's best.
I would highly recommend Gatwick Motor World.

Beware i had very Bad service sold us a faulty car and Barry who claimed to be a manager didn't reply to my emails I've had had to pay for the work elsewhere as this dealer felt I should be charged for warranty items. I wouldn't recommend using them. I'm just thankful we sorted it with a dealer who knows what's right and gave us a realistic price for Gatwick motor world's mistake. We won't be contacting them again nor recommending them to anyone.

I just used these guys for an MOT - only £35 and brilliant service. I've brought cars from here in the past and I have always been delighted.

We thought it was a small corner dealer with nice cars but not what we were looking for then Lee came out and took us to his other site.
Much larger not far away and we had coffee while looking for and found a lovely car we bought. Highly recommended.
